Dog-Friendly 4 Mins to the Beach and Pine Ave - A Place in Paradise Unit B

We had a wonderful time in this cozy two-bedroom condo. It is a short walk to the beach and to the shopping and restaurants on Pine Ave. There was some confusion about sharing beach equipment with the other unit, but the staff were super pleasant and helpful. It was great to have beach equipment at our fingertips. Highly recommend this place!

This is a great duplex. It was extremely clean and furnished well. The location is fantastic, a short walk to the beach, coffee, donuts, restaurants and shopping. Having access to beach chairs, umbrella and the wagon was a huge bonus. We had an amazing vacation and enjoyed our stay here very much.

We just got back from a girl’s trip. There were only two of us but the house could comfortably sleep four. It was very clean. Beds were comfortable. We loved having a second bathroom. We did not cook but the kitchen was well stocked! The washer and dryer were a perfect added touch as we walked everywhere and used our “walking clothes” so much we did a load of laundry. The property was located on a quiet street and within walking distance of restaurants and shopping. The beach was so close and we loved the provided beach chairs that we easily carried to the beach! We walked to Bean Point one day and utilized the trolley for the Holmes Beach area and Bridge Street area. We had the best time and highly recommend!

I was impressed with how clean this place is. Location was very close to the beach and all restaurants. Host was very responsive. Definitely will come back!!

Successful girls trip. Everything was clean, check in was so smooth, and we even got lucky enough to get in a little bit early. The communication with the host was great, and they always answered any questions we had in a timely manner. Location is convenient, it's just a short walk to the beach, and to the shops on Pine Ave. There's food places in walking distance as well. We were provided everything we needed for the perfect beach day such as an umbrella, a cooler, beach towels, chairs, and a wagon. We loved the screened-in porch in the mornings and evenings. There's also smart tvs and quick wifi to enjoy when winding down at the end of the day. We had a great time at A Place in Paradise Unit B.

This unit was exactly as described. Perfect location as it was close to the beach and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

great location , clean and comfy. Only note was second bathroom shower did not have any little shelf for soaps shampoos etc. A minor thing, all else was perfect. Would stay again

We couldn’t have asked for more! Newly renovated, new furniture, perfect location to the beach (2 blocks), Pine Street (4 blocks), with great restaurants within a short walking distance like The Porch! We will definitely stay here again.

INSIDE: This place was just right for us. Simple, clean, comfortable. The bed was comfortable and it has enough beds for a family with 1-2 kids or a dog. The kitchen has plenty of dishes and cooking implements. Coffee maker, filters, toaster, and extra towels for the beach. There are two outside doors, one with a cart and chair for the beach, another with a laundry room. We had an outdoor shower to wash the sand off, and a screened porch which helps for drying beach accessories. We appreciated the keyless entry.OUTSIDE: It is just two blocks from the Anna Maria beach. It is also two blocks from an *incredibly* good sushi restaurant (Sushi Ramen Anna Maria). The area is very quiet and peaceful. There is a small neighborhood bar on the corner, and we couldn't hear any noise from it at all. I grew up visiting this beach since infancy, and I brought my husband so he could see how beautiful it is. We were very happy with this stay and we would definitely choose to stay here again.

The house was nice inside. Seemed recently remodeled. Kitchen had everything that was needed for the little cooking we did. The little porch in back was great for eating or relaxing. Location was great. Walk to the beach was 2 blocks. Walk to Pine Ave was 4 blocks for restaurants, shopping and renting bikes. We went several days without using the car because what we needed was so close. We’ll be back next year.

Inundated by emails from the property management company giving us reminders about codes and use of the pool. No pool for this property. Listed a dishwasher; none in the house. A socket in the kitchen didn’t work. No trash cans outside. Clothes dryer did not work until you jimmied the door so it would close
