Stayed Dec 26, 2022Place has no heating. It was bitterly cold inside. Only heater provided for the living/kitchen area was an electric radiator good enough for 2/4 sq ft. Towels were tanned. Pillows smell like someone sweaty lay on bed and never washed. AC unit vents in bedroom, filthy. Dog hair in bed. The comforter looks dirty. The floor felt sandy. We have pictures of the place. Why they charge a cleaning fee for? Nothing was done after we informed them, we left next morning because you wouldn't be able to enjoy breakfast or a cup of coffee. Owner contact us and asked if we had a five star night. If he was told by the team about the issue, why was so cynical to ask? Claimed previous guest didn't complain. Probably was in the summer. Not my problem. How irresponsible is to rent a place that is not ready for all year round climate. Does he/she thinks Savannah has summer time all year round? They said issue was fixed. But we never get proof that it was done. We have to send pictures about the place to show this issue but they could not show theirs. We lost our vacation, ruined from day one. They refused to refund the money because of their lack of responsibility to and for the customers. This company is a joke. Seems like they don't have too much business and had to keep customers money to pay the mortgage. Make yourself a favor, don't rent with these people. What comes around, goes around. We elevate this issue to VRBO, and they support this kind of unprofessional behavior, as they did not need to get proof of it. We have to get to the point to tell not to contact us again. We do not want to deal with so irresponsible behavior. We did not want to hear any more nonsense. Thanks for ruining it and hope you enjoy what you kept.
