Dockside retreat is located within Bayville Shores; a private residential community, located bayside on the scenic Little Assawoman Bay. Enjoy the community and all it has to offer or take a short drive to many local attractions. Attractions include; Thunder Lagoon Water Park, Viking Golf & Go Karts, and local shopping and restaurants near the beach.

Safety:
Your safety matters. This property features 2 exterior cameras located on the side of the house facing outward toward the parking spaces. One is located in the front of the house near the entrance door and the other is located toward the back of the house near the patio door. It does not look into any interior spaces. The cameras are activated by motion and record both video and sound.

-There is no over night parking of boats or vehicles at the boat ramp per community rules
Dock details: Boat & kayak launch available. You must obtain a permit to use the boat launch. Parking of boats is not allowed in Bayville Shores. You must bring your own boat and Kayak to use
