Dock, Hot Tub & Kayaks: Luxe Hot Springs Lakehouse

Very nice property. We enjoyed our stay very much.

The house was clean. The kitchen’s pans weren’t usable. We purchased our own to cook with. Definitely need more lights on the deck with the multiple steps.

Stay was great. House was huge and had enough room for all of us

We were down for the Arkansas Derby and had a great stay. The property suited our needs perfectly.

Kitchen was well stocked. We didn't end up using the Hot Tub. Location was great! Our only issue was there were 8 adults, several of us older, and all the chairs were sort of older and really low!! And there wasn't a great visiting place for all of us. But there are several places where 5 or so can gather well.

The Lakehouse was the perfect spot for a great vacation. the house was spacious and the spaces were all inviting. The hot tub was hot and clean. The kitchen was well stocked and met all our needs. Communication was convenient and timely. I highly recommend the Lakehouse!

House and deck were comfortable with a lovely view. My son caught (and released) a bass off the dock. Thank you for a peaceful Christmas.

The property is very large and outdoor area is amazing. The furniture in the two living area inside could use some updating as it was all very low and not all that comfortable. The bedrooms and bathrooms were all nice and the kitchen well stocked. It is fairly close to the town but also you felt secluded and very peaceful. If returning with a large group again we would definitely consider staying here again.

House was fine the power went out Saturday night in the master bedroom and didn’t return.

Didn't see the host , but communication was good. Couple of broke chairs, ice machine worked part of the time and Master shower wasn't working properly. Other than , it was great. Beautiful home and plenty of space.

Host was very responsive via text messages. Great Lake view with tons of outside space! Enjoyed use of the fire pit with the cooler outside temperature. House very spacious!

Hot tub was great! Beautiful views, house stocked with all of our needs! Such a fun time!

The house was beautiful. Loved the location. The house has some issues because it's older. The HVAC closet door was covered in black mold. Is my biggest complaint.

The house was easy to access with the door and garage codes. There is lots of space, and plenty of extra amenities like cookware, extra blankets, and shampoo and body wash. There are a lot of steps down to the dock, but the dock is a great little area and we appreciated the kayaks and floats.

My family enjoyed our stay here. There was ample space for everyone to spread out. The walk down to the boat dock is a little lengthy, but totally worth it.

The lovely house was a very good size for our family, and we were pleased with the cleanliness, the well stocked kitchen and the outdoor seating. Everyone was very disappointed that there was no pool as listed in the amenities when we booked but has now been removed.

Great stay! The house was stocked well with high chair, pack n plays, beach towels and blankets. Our family enjoyed floating in the lake, relaxing in the hot tub, using the fire pit and playing games at the large kitchen table. It’s hard to find a place big enough for our 3 adult children and their kids. This one definitely fit the bill.

Location was beautiful by the lake and the house was perfect for the number of people we had in our group.

Easy to locate house-on the river as I expected it would look-the pictures were spot on. All the conveniences we needed-close to grocery Walmart places to eat. Loved it

Everything was as described ..a perfect house for a large group. Beautiful view of the lake and I would definitely recommend. My only complaint was the master bedroom shower. It’s hard to figure out how to use and the water pressure was terrible. Other than that, everything was fine.

Spacious, clean and quiet with an awesome outdoor area

We had a 3 generation trip planned for post Christmas and this house was our first stop for 3 nights. It was home base for visiting Hot springs national park and then going to Little Rock to visit presidential library and Central high school. We enjoyed the kayaks and hot tub. It was a great house for us!

The property was as pictures show-- though arrangement is a bit odd. We came in December so did not use the lake. We enjoyed the hot tub! Property shows some age and there is a very loud sound when you use the water at times-- but it served our purpose for a winter get-away and to spend time at the Races!

Everything was good just missing a railing for stairs out front and some kitchen necessities everything else was spot on

Lots of space for the family. We enjoyed the hot tub, kayaks and dock. Got our workout in each day, with the nearly 100 steps down to the lake! House is just ok- kind of aging, so there were many little things that could use maintenance or updating. Manager was very responsive and helpful in resolving issds
