Dock Holliday | Canal Front Home with Private Pool, Grill + Boathouse Lift

It started out a little rocky, but the manager of the property was great and we got things ironed out. The property is beautiful. The house very clean and open. We loved the pedal bikes. Hot tub was awesome. We did not use the pool because it was not heated. 68 degrees. Palm Coast is a great location.

Communication - we were told at 430 on check in day that the pool and hot tub were out of service. This was half an hour after check in (4:00) and the first day of our two week stay at the house. The house was beautiful but we would not have rented it if the pool and hot tub were not working - that was the draw. Going by the guest book, the pool had been used in October but maybe had not had maintenance since. They told us the next day someone would come, but apparently that person came and found themselves locked out. We were home so they must not have rang the bell. Then, the office did not follow up at all, so we moved on. The next Thursday (more than a week and a half later) someone showed up to fill the pool and start the pump but did it without letting us know, and we just happened to see them. The bottom of the pool was still covered in algae so we still did not go in. The home is beautiful and hopefully others enjoy it.

What an AMAZING property. Felt like home the minute we walked in. The pictures on VRBO are good but guess what… it’s actually better when you see it in person! Location was great. The whole house was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with every appliance/dishes/cutlery we needed. The outdoor pool/hot tub area was unbelievably comfortable. If we ever rent in Palm Coast again this will be at the top of our list.

We really enjoyed our time in Palm Coast. The house was clean and plenty of room for our family of 6. Everything we needed was there. It was a little warm, especially at night. We purchased some fans to help. We really enjoyed having the kayaks there and using them in the canal. We had a great time! Thank you for sharing your property!

Peaceful Restful Fun Family Time. Close to everything. House was awesome.

Our grandkids were off for fall break, so we booked this place and added some days before and after their visit, for a total of 10 days. We usually stay on a Florida canal for their break, but this was the first time we booked a place with a pool and hot tub. It was perfect! We are big Georgia bulldog fans, so we got to enjoy a game watching the outdoor tv as the kids played in the pool. We grilled out and watched the sunset. The house is in a great location, close to many restaurants and the beaches. We visited St. Augustine, which was just a short distance away. The house was well equipped with all we needed, and all the furniture was so comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely book this one again!

Spent the week here. Palm Coast is a really nice town, and this was a great base to chill by our pool, or take a short trip to the beach. The facilities were spot on, and had a great time, even with a day of interesting weather from Hurricane Idalia!

Love this house, the decor, the pool, the hot tub and TVs in all the rooms and outside. This house is on a beautiful canal. There are kayaks and bikes. Plus use some new beach chairs and beach things but had lost everything else we needed for our family of four. Would stay again. Highly recommend this vacation home!

We enjoyed our stay here, the home was as listed, clean and had almost everything we needed! The hot tub and pool were wonderful (the filter stopped working on our second to last day making the water turn green but the pool person came to address it and hopefully resolved it before the next guests). We enjoyed the outdoor space and the canal views. The neighborhood was safe and very convenient to stores and a short drive to the beach. We were able to do a day trip to Saint Augustine too which was so fun! The check in process was easy and convenient. We were also able to bring our dogs which we greatly appreciate, they enjoyed the property too! All communication prior to our stay was prompt and professional. We would recommend to others and would stay again! Thank you for the great vacation!
