Dock Holiday is a charming 3rd-row oceanview home in beautiful Atlantic Beach, filled with light, color, and comfort. Dog lovers will appreciate the pet-friendly environment—take your leashed dog to the beach, rinse them off in the large outdoor shower (complete with a dressing area and hose), and then let them relax in the fully enclosed backyard. Just a short drive away, explore the charming towns of Morehead City, Beaufort’s waterfront, and Fort Macon State Park. The property offers covered parking, a patio with furniture, and a gas grill for outdoor cooking. For cozy nights in, Dock Holiday features a private hot tub.

The first floor is home to all three bedrooms for easy access. The first bedroom features a king bed, TV, private bathroom, and access to the deck. Down the hall, the second bedroom offers a queen bed, TV, and shares a bathroom with the third bedroom. The third bedroom is furnished with a twin over twin bunk bed, a TV, and deck access, sharing the second bathroom.

The second floor features a wooden staircase leading to the open living area with cathedral ceilings, hardwood floors, and two accesses to a spacious semi-covered deck with ample seating and a dining table. The fully equipped kitchen includes a stove, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator with an ice maker, as well as small appliances like a slow cooker, blender, and two coffee makers (Keurig and Mr. Coffee). A short hallway connects the kitchen to a utility closet with a washer/dryer, and a convenient half bath is located across from the closet. The living area offers plenty of seating, including a tall table for four and a bar seating four, with comfortable furniture for five while enjoying the flat-screen TV.

(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through VRBO. The card provided at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.
