The kitchen is a chef's dream, complete with stainless steel appliances, an air fryer, and a rice maker, so you can easily prepare everything from quick breakfasts to gourmet dinners.

### House Rules

* Check-in is at 4:00 PM.
* Check-out is at 10:00 AM.
* The minimum age for booking is 21 years.

### Important Information

* **Amenities Provided:** We provide towels and linens, hair dryers, an iron, and an ironing board. A starter pack of essentials is also included. Please note that washcloths are not provided.
* **For Families:** A Pack ‘n Play and a high chair are available for your use.
* **Pool/Spa Heat:** This is an optional service available for $30 + tax per night. It must be requested at least 2 days prior to your check-in. Please be aware the spa is not a hot tub; the pool and spa are heated to the same temperature.
* **Barbecue/Grill:** Use of the grill is available for a fee of $65 + tax for the entire stay, which includes one propane tank. This must be requested before check-in.
* **Package Delivery:** Please contact us directly for instructions regarding package deliveries to the property.
* **Concierge Services:** We are happy to offer concierge services including Disney park tickets, grocery shopping, and more. Please inquire for details.܏
