Stayed Mar 9, 2026This is a lovely home with a great heated pool. The home is immaculate. No bugs! Beds were comfortable. Kitchen is very nice. Close to Vanderbilt beach and shopping. Owner was responsive to a minor glitch on initial entering of property. The pool birdcage was immaculate and the lanai was nice. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit!

Stayed Feb 8, 2026House is in great condition, pool was warm and enjoyable. Nice location for beaches and restaurants. Propane fire table to sit at on patio by pool on cool evenings is a nice touch. We enjoyed a month of great times at this house. Thanks, Brian for being a great host. Norm & Nancy

Stayed Oct 18, 2024Rented this property for a golf weekend with a few friends. It was exactly as described in the listing and we could not have been happier. The property itself was prestine with everything that you would need for a great stay. The kitchen was fully equipped and the outside space was great for relaxing with a pool, tv and firepit. The location of the property was great. Just minutes from great food, bars and entertainment and there were plenty of golf courses nearby for us to check out. The owner of the property was very easy to communicate with and quick to answer any questions we had, which also made the check in and check out process a breeze. Will definitely be staying here again.
