This spacious five-bedroom vacation home offers everything families and groups need for a comfortable stay near Orlando's world-famous attractions. Bright open living spaces, a modern kitchen, and a private pool create the perfect setting for relaxing after exciting days exploring Central Florida.



The home comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests.

Guest Access:

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire home throughout their stay. Self check-in is available via smart lock, and your personalized access code will be provided before arrival.

Located within the gated Solara Resort, you’ll enjoy access to one of Orlando’s premier vacation communities. Amenities include a heated resort-style pool, splash pad, FlowRider® surf simulator, fitness center, basketball and volleyball courts, soccer field, children’s playground, poolside bar and grill, coffee bar, clubhouse, teen hangout center, and more. Access restrictions and additional fees may apply to select amenities. All of this is just minutes from Walt Disney World, Universal Orlando, shopping, dining, and other Central Florida attractions.

To help ensure a smooth stay, please review the following information before booking:



All reservations require damage protection, processed via our third-party system before arrival:

- 1-Night stays: $500 refundable security deposit (pre-authorized hold, released after a damage-free checkout inspection).

- 2+ Night stays: Choose between the $500 refundable deposit or a non-refundable $20/night damage waiver (max $100), covering accidental damage beyond normal wear.

Note: Deposit holds expire after 7 days. For longer stays, the hold is released on day 6 and re-authorized to keep coverage continuous.



Pool Information

If the home offers pool heat, it is available for an additional fee and must be requested before your stay. Please note that pool heating may be less effective during colder weather. The pool is serviced weekly, and occasional maintenance may take place during your stay.



Housekeeping & Supplies

This is a self-catering home. To help you get settled, we provide a starter supply of essentials, including toiletries, paper products, trash bags, dish soap, and laundry detergent. Additional supplies are the guest's responsibility.

Late check-outs cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional fees, as they impact our housekeeping schedule and incoming guests.
