Respectful House Rules
- Check-in starting at 4:00 pm, with check-out at 10:00 am. Can request late checkout for $50 if no booking after you.
- To maintain a tranquil atmosphere, we kindly request no pets, parties, or smoking. Service pets are permitted with pre-approval.
- Guests must be at least 21 years old.

WHAT'S INCLUDED:
The following starter supplies are provided in the unit:
*We provide linens that are already professionally made and on bed waiting for you to rest after a fun filled day in Florida.
*Twelve sets of bath towels and hand towels.
*Starter supply of toilet paper in every bathroom, roll of paper towels, garbage bag in can, dishwasher pod, dish soap and sponge. Hand soap in every bathroom.

Please bring more if needed. No other supplies will be provided. Please stop by the nearest Supermarket to gather any additional items you may need for the duration of your stay.

HOUSEKEEPING:
There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit.

FOOD:
As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence, all food items will be removed after the guest checks out therefore there will be no supply of items such as condiments, coffee grounds, etc. before check in. There is a Publix right down the road!

POOL HEATER:
**Enhance your stay with pool heat at just $30 a night +tax, ideal from Oct. 31 to Mar. 31. Elevate your relaxation to another level by adding pool heat to your reservation. Please note the pool heater works through HEAT EXCHANGE. No reimbursements or refunds provided for pool heat.

GRILL: Gas grill available (purchase of propane tank will be reimbursed if empty). No charcoal use in gas grill. Cleaning the grill after use is your responsibility. If it's not cleaned, we will charge a $30 cleaning fee. We don't charge to use the grill, please help us keep it clean for next guests. Thank You.

TRASH DISPOSAL: Must be in closed bags or it will not be picked up. Place all trash tied in a bag in the garbage receptacle in front of the door by 7am daily.
