Disney 5 mins - Fabulous 4 bed 3 bath pool hot tub, conservation view from pool.

Best experience ever! Check in was smooth and the house perfect. Lots of space, washrooms and outdoor living area gets the afternoon and evening sun. Host went above and beyond when I enquired about a salad spinner. Which it did not have but there was a brand new one upon my arrival. Great location for food, restaurants and Disney is very close. Can’t wait to be back next year!! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

The house was perfect for a family vacation at Disney. It was only about a 15 minute drive to Disney parks. The pool and hot tub were added perks as well as gas grill. The house has 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms which was great. There were plenty of plates and glasses ( except for wine glasses). The TV worked well and there is a comfortable sitting area. There was plenty of seating too including out door seating. We’d definitely stay here again!

Thank you Karen for sharing your lovely home. So spacious and close to everything. Unfortunately our trip cut short by the hurricane, but Karen was great getting back to us right away with the green light to stay longer to ride it out if we could not get an earlier flight home. Would definitely rent again.

Good size house with an open floorplan, AC worked well, plenty of bath and beach towels, very clean, good amenities for teenagers, close to Disney parks (15 minutes) and Universal Studios (30 minutes), pool was clean and a good temperature and hot tub was also nice.

Very nice and clean house! The temperature inside the house leaves a lot to be desired! Not comfortable sleeping temperature and thermostat is locked!

The pool area was amazing! We spent most of our time out there, especially with the table for eating and playing games. The pool was very clean and so was the hot tub (except for some sand). Karen was quick with communication with any questions we had. The grill was not clean upon arrival and the grill brushes were all worn out, so we did let Karen know about this. Bring/buy your own dish soap, laundry detergent, toilet paper, paper towels. She did have two pack n plays ready for us which was so great!! There was also a high chair and stroller. Overall, very nice family home in a great neighborhood and ideal location.

First time snowbirds. Adequate place and made for a pleasant stay for February. Location near to Disney, but traffic was horrific and slow. Allow at least 30 minutes for the trip. Family time together was great, grands had a ball!

While the location was convenient to the Disney parks, this property needed upgrades. Several things were outdated, broken, or showed signs of wear/damage. For example, the doors in the master bedroom were peeling, the ping pong table had a broken leg, there was broken furniture and screen tears out by the pool, etc. Shrubbery out front needed to be cut back to make the walkway more accessible.

Other than not having my 4 phone calls returned. I must say it was a nice stay. The family had a great and safe time. All good.
