Rise management was excellent, 5 star, highly recommend. Great location, can walk to Playa Negra, beautiful beach, but neighborhood was noisy early am and late pm. Great house and property layout, but patio and interior have outdateted furnishings. Cookware and appliances were quality. Taking shower experienced loud grinding-growling noise which was a bit unnerving, should add that detail to guest notebook. Washer got imbalanced with small loads. Description of salt water pool is not accurate. Required closing of screens and doors is a bit cumbersome. Maintence schedule for pool and gardening need to be added to guest book with advisement not to leave personal items on patio. Overall enjoyed our stay.

It was clean and comfortable but most importantly, it was equipped with many amenities that the average vacationer could want. The cookware was sufficient, knives were sharp and there was a small assortment of cooking ingredients. I alway appreciate a rental property that keeps its guests comfort as key and this place certainly does! (So much so that we even bought, and left, wine glasses!) And Fabian, the property manager, was very friendly and so helpful in giving suggestions and answering questions! We will definitely book here again when we return!

The house is a lovely open air place with a covered deck near the pool.

Loved proximity to Playa Negra beach, which is a lovely quiet beach.House was very comfortable and well furnished and equipped.

This was our second time in this lovely house and we will be back. Great A/C in the bedrooms, well appointed kitchen, really nice salt water pool and an extremely responsive management company to answer all your questions and take care of any concerns or issues that may come up.

Nice property. But there was too much noise from the neighbour who owned the property. They also came in and as they pleased without letting us know beforehand. Theres no privacy here.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay at Palma Verde was exceptional- one of the best vacation rentals we've every stayed at. The online photos don't do the house and property justice- the lush gardens that frame the yard were beautiful- every morning we were greeted by hummingbirds, birds, bees, and the sounds of the jungle. The house itself is thoughtfully stocked with everything you could possibly need, we lacked for nothing! The design and layout are fabulous- great airflow for keeping things cool (fans everywhere were lovely), screens to deter bugs while keeping the common space open to the outdoors, and with AC in the bedrooms we slept sooo comfortably. Although there were days we didn't even leave the property, the location is very convenient- a 5 min walk to the beach, walkable along the beach to Puerto Viejo if you don't want to drive, and good for exploring the surrounding area. Pool is great and night time party lights were super fun! Communication from Property Managers was prompt and helpful and the guest book was full of great information and suggestions. We recommend Sol de Caribe for dining out and Playa Punta Uva for beach days. This was a perfect rental for families- our 8 year old daughter was in heaven. We LOVED our stay at Palma Verde!
