We have prepared it with you, the discerning guest, in mind. The beds are all 6Ft super-king size dressed with new and freshly laundered 600 thread-count Portuguese cotton. All bedrooms feature blackout blinds to ensure a great night's sleep.

Unlimited, high-speed WiFi is free to use. Ethernet sockets are available if required. (WiFi is 2.4 & 5Ghz. Ping is 11Ms. Speed is 80Mb down, 20Mb Up).

The home also features a large private outdoor area & garden with Deck and gas BBQ.

Tea & Nespresso coffee with Quooker™ boiling water tap are available 24/7.

Reduced mobility One bedroom, featuring a superking bed, is on the ground floor as is a full shower room & toilet. Upstairs, two other bedrooms also with superking-size beds and an ensuite wetroom can be found.

- We will be delighted to welcome you to our home but we do expect guests to respect the property and take extra care with furnishings and equipment etc. We reserve the right to charge for repairs.
- We do expect all our guests to leave the property in a clean and tidy condition as you would expect to find it, thanks.
- We have a strict policy of no more than 6 guests staying overnight. (Note: there are three beds)
- No parties allowed. Noise must be kept to a minimum. You’ll get a great night’s sleep here but so too must our neighbours.
- Please dispose of rubbish in an environmentally friendly way by using the recycling and organic bins provided.
- No pets allowed.
- Check-in time is 3PM or later. Check-out by 11AM. Contact us if you require flexibility here.

    Our group was two couple and an addition friend on his own. The set up was excellent for that group, as it would have been for 3 couples. We spent most of our three days seeing other sites in the Cork area, but this was a welcome haven at the end of the day. There are good restaurants and delivery meals available, and a large supermarket was a 3 minute drive. 2 helpful hints. It has a very good washing machine, but the dryer is actually a room with clothing racks and a dehumidifier . This works pretty well, but was a surprise. Also, the GPS systems we used gave us inaccurate directions. Keep looking, though, it is avery nice place to stay

    The house was beautiful and easy to take bus or Uber places . Close to the city center of Cork which was an amazing town and probably our favorite location yet . The owner was helpful and pleasant . Great kitchen for making some meals at home also . Recommend this place for family or friends to meet !!

    Greg was great! Very responsive and led us in the right direction whenever we had questions. Guided us to all the right spots. House was nice and roomy but a little ways away (30+min walk) from restaurants and bars. Would definitely consider using again if/when we come back to Cork.

    House comfortable and roomy. Greg, the owner, was very helpful. Location is suburbia. Not necessarily close to City. You can walk to shopping center on bottom of hill for access to stores and some restaurants. We used Uber to travel to sights.

    This place lived up to and surpassed the expectations I had from all the glowing reviews. I am an introvert and can be kind of fussy with certain things, and this place was perfect!! I was looking for something that felt more comfy and like a home, as most places felt like dated cottage vibes with uncomfy looking furniture. Quiet detached property, BIG comfy beds, AMAZING showers (Steam shower with jets!), cosy big sofa to watch Netflix on, entertainment was easily accessed on the TV with the XBOX, rooms even bigger in person than in the pictures, property was clean, kitchen had a bunch of stuff to use to save buying salt, pepper, sugar, etc, the place was just ready to go and felt like a home. Speaker system so you can play your music in the kitchen and living room from your phone/spotify etc, quick and easy check in process (No meeting anyone necessary!), friendly and available host in text and phone calls if needed Location is REALLY nice, friendly area, supermarkets very nearby, can easily get to the wildlife park and other type things, great food nearby (lots of gluten free options!) I recommend brunch at The Barn nearby. I only have good things to say about this place and the host and it's location and would stay there again definitely! Thank you so much for hosting.

    Really enjoyed our few days in Cork, near beaches, Fota island, Mahon point shopping, several groceries outlets. House idea for relaxing. Had everything you could want and need for a holiday.
