Discover your Italian escape near Venice Beach

Beautiful home, great location, ample parking. Unfortunately we were surprised to find the downstairs (where all bedrooms but the master are) did not have functioning air conditioning. Host informed me that only the upstairs had A/C. This significantly impacted our stay, but to the host’s credit he did make it right. I’d just suggest updating the listing to reflect no A/C downstairs to avoid future surprises.

Fantastic property for a big family/group. Great location, loved Boulevard Coffee - it was worth the wait on busy mornings. Appreciate easy communication with Phillip and loved all the local recommendations. There was even a beautiful vase of gladiolus’ to greet us when we checked in!

Phillip, our host, was exceptional! The house for our three family holiday event was perfect - clean, spacious and short walk to the canals and the beach as well as a quick arrival and departure from LAX. You will not be disappointed with this home.

Everything was perfect!

We loved staying here. It was exactly as described. The beds were comfortable, the space was sunlit and inviting, and the home was ideally located close to everything in Venice. We walked to Abbot Kinney, the beach, restaurants, shopping, etc. It's on a corner, but the bedrooms were nice and quiet. Street parking was easy and always available right in front of the house. If we had a big group traveling to LA again, we'd stay here in a heartbeat!

Bright, beautiful and

Property is wonderful, clean, great layout, great location! Had a group of law students and coaches in LA for a trial competition. Layout of house is perfect for our group of 4 students and 2 coaches. Kitchen and living area, as well as multiple outdoor options really made the trip memorable for our team. Had several meals, as well as simply hanging out together that would not have happened otherwise. Philip is a fantastic host. House had everything we could need. Beds were great, bathrooms are modern and super clean. Do love the Viking stove. Just a wonderful experience. The only place that I will stay when in LA. Many thanks to Philip for an easy process and a great place!

Stylish, spacious and comfortable

Fit 10 of us comfortably. Great location, easy walk to Venice canals and Abbot Kinney. Highly recommend.
