Everything I state is my personal opinion of the property which was beautiful. Pros & Cons Pros: Great location for both Pensacola, Orange Beach and Foley not to mention very affordable. The house was amazing and cleaner compared to most property rented in the past. Having access to everything a home has such as washer/dryer, dish washer, beach accessories, and a actual yard is icing on the cake. They provided utensils, bowls, plates, crock pot, cheese graders, cups, babby cups anything needed to create a home meal. I also wanted to mention again everything was clean. Lets not mention that any issue could be easily mentioned and solved thru via text. I want to thank property management for superior expertise and management. Cons: There isn't anything within walking distance which was our choice of location. The backyard is small so if anything fly over the fence say bye to it lol. There's another community on the other side without access but to be honest we never contacted management about retrieving the few balls we toss over. Which was ok because they was won at an arcade. I read one review about cameras seemingly invading privacy. I'm thankful for the few camera for the fact we're in a unknown location as tourists which usually become victims because of the lack of knowledge of the surrounding area. They are pointed towards any access point which isn't a issue.

Our host was easy to contact and quickly accommodated some unexpected changes. The house was clean, beautifully decorated, and the check in and out process so simple. We had a wonderful experience.

The property is clean, very nicely furnished, and comfortable. It is convenient to the beach and other things we wanted to visit. We would love to stay here again.

Very up to date house with enough room for everyone. many appliances available . Host communicated effectively. would definitely stay again and recommend.

Beautiful clean home. Location is good however beach access doesn’t have a lot of parking, which isn’t in their control. If you have young kids best bet is to stay not during any holiday due to beach parking. Cleanliness was spot on, along with the layout for our family. Fence in yard was a blessing for the dog and grandkids

We were in town for a wedding and we had plenty of space to sleep and get ready for the big day!!

The place is very nice. They have a few cameras up and we felt like we were being watched all the time. We had a big group and not enough towels to go around make sure you bring extra t-paper and trash bags. The property overseer was slow to respond (Due to the office was closed) and was not very knowledgeable of the property.

We have had a couple bad experiences and getting leary of beach house rentals. Last year was particularly tough. Sooo, I was hyper-vigilant this year. This house was clean and worked well for us. Kitchen well equipped. Beds comfy. House clean other than some dirty walls. Kids loved the bunk room. Our only prob was the living room was small for the amount of beds/sleep space. We had to bring a lawn chair in for enough adult seating. Having said that, we were at the beach lots so not a huge deal. There is only space for two vehicles. We had thought we could use the garage for a 3rd but it was a small garage. They had bikes and beach gear which was nice. Parking could be an issue if it was high season and lots of homes occupied. Overall, a nice home. Maybe better for a few less people than it sleeps. Dining table was not near big enough for all of us either. But we managed. Weather was good. Used deck and ate in shifts. We had a nice stay and would recommend overall. We love Johnson Beach so the location is great. It’s a lot less crowded than the high rise areas.

We loved this house and hope to reserve for next year. It accommodated 5 adults and 8 children fabulously. Check-in and check-out was a breeze and communication was top notch. The sunrise view from the back porch was breath taking. Highly recommend!

This house worked out great for our group of 5 adults, 3 teenagers, and 5 kids. House was clean and nicely decorated. Rooms were spacious and the bunk/game/couch/tv room upstairs worked out well for the kids. Kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. House also came with beach chairs, floats and toys which was nice. Would recommend.

This home was well suited for our family of 10! We arrived to a modern, clean home just as described with plenty of space to comfortably gather and rest. We really liked the floor plan plus the house came with lots or extras including a fully equipped kitchen, games/puzzles and even beach toys and chairs in the garage. The house is in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to beaches, golf, grocery, restaurants and more. Great communication and check in and out was easy as could be. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this property
