    We had some minor issues with the basement dead bolt and downstairs toilet. The main issue with the garburator in the upstairs kitchen. Its malfunction rendered the kitchen sink and dishwasher unusable. We were able to use the downstairs kitchen facilities to compensated which relieved pressure on maintenance staff to fix the problem prior to our departure.

    The stay in Kimberly was fantastic!The unit was a wonderful place and the hosts were awesome. The hosts were very easy to communicate with and they promptly answered any questions we had. They were quite welcoming. The unit is in a gorgeous spot, with some incredible golf courses all within a 30 minute drive.The hosts and their team made the check-in and check-out process very simple and easy. I would 100% recommend this unit for larger groups!

    Four of us spent four nights recently in Kimberley on a golf getaway. This place offers great common areas but big enough to allow everyone their own room. It looks like they combined two rental suites into one large home as there are two kitchens and lots of beds. Place was spotless and as promised in the description online. Wifi was good in all areas. Hosts were very good to deal with as well. There is no AC in the home but plenty of windows to let the breezes through. Location is in a fantastic area on the hill and a great place to base a golf trip out of. Would 100 percent stay again.

    The gang arrived Friday with apprehension for the Gran Fondo the following day. Seamless checkin, a great meal and comfy beds welcomed us to one of Kimberley’s best spots. Riding, hot tubbing and swimming pool soothed sore muscles and happy souls. A fabulous stay.

    The stay overall was great.I would stay here again and recommend to friends. There are a couple maintenance issues that should be addressed: 1. the toilet flushers were not very user friendly especially for kids and older adults. Hard to press down and sometime didn't work. 2. the bath tub drains could also use a cleaning out. There's nothing worse than taking a shower and the water is filling the tub faster than it can drain. 3. install a light out by the hot tub for safety reasons as the stairs down from the upper deck are steeper than normal and the lower deck gets pretty icy. Hard to see were you going in the dark.
