The house was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed! The kitchen was well stocked and the host is super responsive. She even offered to send is some items we left behind. We would definitely stay there again!

This is 5 stars and it starts with the owners who are so incredibly kind and supportive! They put up a Christmas tree and decorated so lovely. This place is perfect. A quiet cul de Sal where neighbors walk around. The parking can easily hold 6 cars. We felt right at home. Our Christmas celebration was perfect. Extra clean and comfortable with comfortable furniture and bed. Very appreciative. Close to everything. Would stay here again.

The house met all out needs perfectly! A couple minor issues came up (caused by us) and the owner helped out quickly. Lovely, quiet neighborhood but convenient to the airport and grocery store. Thank you so much for a wonderful visit to the Durham area!Lori

I love this property and the host is the best!

Bedrooms are all nice sizes. Beds were all very comfortable. Every bedroom had its own TV.Plenty of extra blankets and pillows were also available.

As always, it’s a pleasure staying at Mitzi’s place. It’s always clean and feels like home. I highly recommend her place to anyone staying in Durham.

This was a last minute stay in the sense that my husband had a medical emergency at Duke and Mitzi graciously let me stay at her VRBO (she had an opening). I’ve stayed at her other VRBO (the Greene Rabbit) and this one is just as awesome. It’s so quiet here and you can sit on the front or back porch and just enjoy listening to nature. Her VRBO’s are always spotless, feel like you’re at home and the communication is outstanding. If I ever have a question or a need, Mitzi always responds back to me pretty quickly. I highly recommend her places to anyone that need a nice, clean, homey pace to stay .

It was a wonderful time with family celebrating my sister who is battling cancer on this side of the veil and lives in Durham. Ed and Mitzi were wonderful to communicate with- very responsive and helpful! We very much enjoyed our stay!!

Nice 4 bedroom house in Durham for family vacation. Layout of the house was excellent and suited our needs to a tee. Owner was excellent as she checked in periodically and handled any questions or problems quickly. Everyone who stayed at house was extremely happy and satisfied with their stay.

The house was clean and spacious and perfect for our needs. We would stay here again if we come back to the area.

Our job got extended a few days and this was the perfect place to round out the trip in Durham. I would definitely stay there again.

My family was in town for a weekend trip to Raleigh. The house was just as described, very clean and with all the essentials. Although we spent most of our time out of the house, when we were there it felt like home. Mitzi was a great communicator and made our stay worry free. I recommend this as a family friendly place to stay!

Very well appointed with everything we would need and more. The yard was big enough for our 2 dogs. The owners communicated positively and promptly. We would definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay. We liked the TVs in each room. The backyard and porch were great. There were 5 of us total. My daughter, her 2 teenage sons, her fiancee and myself. There was plenty of space inside for everyone to have privacy, as well as get together and have some fun. We played foosball and cards one of the nights. Mitzi is a wonderful host, too! She messaged us on the 2nd night of our stay to make sure we were enjoying our stay and didn't need anything. Thank you so much! Highly recommended ?

Lovely time in Durham! We were staying close to other family and there was ample space to host the family for a meal and hang out time. The Foosball table was used quite a bit! I would have loved a more fully stocked kitchen with baking and cookware, but we had a lovely time in Durham!

House was everything we were expecting and more - plenty of space, well supplied, very clean and comfortable. We would stay again and recommend to others.
