The Space:

Laid back Ocean Beach Townhouse less than a block to the ocean and only two blocks to a variety of restaurants and shops. This home offers partial ocean views from the roof top deck, high vaulted ceilings, big windows that open to the sky, and a spacious floor plan to include a living room with a fireplace. Relax on the private & quaint ground level yard space or the on the rooftop deck.



On the first level you will find the fully stocked, uniquely large eat-in kitchen which features a gas stove, and all appliances to make your stay easy and just like your home away from home. You will also find the light and bright living room on this level with sliding doors that lead out to the private front yard.



The second level has Berber carpet which is perfect for beach living. Here you will find the Master Bedroom with a full bath (tub/shower combo), large closet and private balcony. The second level also features the second bedroom with 2 twin beds and with lots of natural lighting, full sized front loading washer and dryer and the second bathroom (shower only) which showcases a skylight and sink and vanity.



Lastly, the top level leads you to a deck which is certain to take your breath away. This deck is laid back and designed with beautiful redwood. This is the perfect location to unwind and relax at the end of your day and enjoy your company.

A little bit about Ocean Beach:



This small beach town is a favorite among locals who spend their days surfing, sunbathing around the pier, hanging out in their vintage VW vans, and strolling through the many surf shops, taco stands and antique malls. Ocean Beach has a throw-back groovy vibe of vintage SoCal, coupled with friendly locals and great dining



Nestled between the San Diego River and the hills of Point Loma, Ocean Beach is perfect for surfers to enjoy the waves created by jetties. The beach is also friendly for swimmers, sunbathers, even dogs too!



THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW:



This is a NON-SMOKING home. This includes patio, and building common areas.



Due to the moderate coastal climate, this property (like most in the area) does not have air conditioning.



Please respect your surrounding neighbors. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. Evictions are strictly enforced if at any time our guests choose to disregard this rule.



For homes that allow pets there are certain rules that always apply. Pets are never to be left alone in the homes uncrated. If you plan on spending time away from your pets please find a doggy day care or crate your pet. You can call our office for recommendations or check the Welcome Book. This particular property has a weight limit of 50 lbs.

Ocean Beach lies in the San Diego International Airport flight path for some departing flights. No planes can depart after 11:30 pm or before 6:30 am.

    Wonderful, the hosts were great and very responsive. The house is charming, and the rooftop patio was so nice. Having dedicated parking was a game changer!

    This property was perfect for our stay. The property is located in a very cool neighborhood with lots of options for food and drink. It's also in close proximity (walking distance)to a couple of grocery options . It's just a few minutes from the water and we walked there whenever we went to the beach. We also seemed to be just a 15 to 20 minute drive away from most everything we wanted to do with the exception of La Jolla which was just a few minutes further. The pots, pans etc. In the kitchen are adequate, not robust. Same with any type of dry goods. Basic things like salt, pepper and some garlic salt were there. We were traveling with our small dog and it was fine for him, as well. The little courtyard doesn't have any grass but is rocked and gave him a place to do his daily business, although he mostly took care of that outside of the property because we walked so often. Overall, we were very satisfied and would certainly book this property again if we were traveling back to Ocean Beach.

    We enjoyed this property for its location and access to 2 parking spaces. Once we arrived, we never moved our cars since we were within walking distance of the beach, shopping, and dining. The photos online depicted the house accurately. We were a group of 4 and it had adequate space for eating together and relaxing. The property is aging and could use some updating, but it was clean and well stocked.

    Great location to walk to downtown Ocean Beach restaurants and shops. Quick walk to the ocean but you have to go a little further to get to sandy beach. Overall property was great, could use a few cosmetic updates but everything worked and was clean. Please add potholders to the kitchen. Beds were comfortable and we used the extra blankets provided. This was an awesome location for us and would definitely stay again.

    The property was just as advertised. Nicely kept up. Mostly new or updated amenities. Close enough to walk (about two to three blocks) to the main restaurants and the beach. Nice, relaxing time.
