Stayed Jun 1, 2024This house is perfect for our small family to enjoy the beach. We’ve stayed in this home several times and in Grove by the Sea neighborhood repeatedly over the last 8 years. This home is in the back of the neighborhood and is very quiet, close to the rear pool. We will be back. Thank you for another great stay!

Stayed Mar 2, 2024I am hard pressed to add to the superlatives stated in all of the prior reviews. We loved everything about this rental! The cleanliness. The décor. The quality beds and linens. Its proximity to the beach, Seaside and Point Washington SP. The pools, the neighborhood, the quiet, calm and serenity. Highly recommend!!

Stayed Nov 20, 2023This property was absolutely lovely. Your every need was provided and well thought out. Loved everything about it. The decor was beautiful and very coastal and tasteful. Loved the wrap around porch. The property manager was so nice and helpful. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Stayed Aug 5, 2023Clean home and had everything we needed. Great location for kids to ride bikes. We rented bikes and used the beach access across the neighborhood that only allows bike parking. The beach access was great because beach was not crowded at all. Would definitely stay here again!

Stayed Jul 29, 2023Appreciated the updated decor, the updated bathrooms. Showers were sublime. Master king was very comfortable with high quality linens. Enjoyed reading on the front screened in porch. Cottage gad everything we needed from kitchen pits and pans, blender, outdoor gas grill. Perfect dining table for family games. Location a walk or bike from Seaside, but away from the crowds. Neighborhood pool and tennis court were practically empty. Loved our stay and would definitely stay here again!!
