Stayed May 26, 2023House was clean, and conveniently located. River was still a little low, but considering the drought conditions it was understandable. Kids had a great time (ages 2-11). Brannon and Wendi were always quick to respond to any question or concern I had.

Stayed Nov 23, 2022Spacious property within walking distance of the Frio down a steep grade. Operative fireplace. Showers are large but oddly made: spray water all over bath so be sure to bring lots of towels! And bath mats.

Stayed Jun 19, 2022We absolutely loved the home and the location was perfect. However, bring everything you may need from foil to salt, trash bags, everything. You won’t find any back up supplies at the home.

Stayed Jul 12, 2021This is a great house and location. We had 3 families ( 6 adults and 6 kids ) and there was plenty of space with room for more. Great private river access. We will definitely be coming back.

Stayed Sep 10, 2020We had a total of 16 men staying here for a hunting trip. We were very pleased with the location of the property. The house is nice but some of the guys mentioned it would have been nice to have a half bath somewhere. Other than that everything was great !

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We stayed here over Spring Break with some friends and family. House was clean and a perfect fit for all 4 families. Beautiful spot on the river and great location between 2nd and 3rd crossings. We will stay here again for sure!
