Great location and a very nice house.

2nd time renting for the right reasons.

3rd year at this place. Love it.

Communication was lacking, a few things didn’t work well, dishwasher, front door lock, etc. “Hot tub” is not actually a hot tub, you have to pay extra for it and the pool to be heated. Overall not bad.

The house is in a great location…just across the street from the beach access. Also convenient to village and stores. The beds were comfortable. AC worked well. The property manager was easy to get in touch with, but there was no follow through. We payed over $1300/night to stay here, and I had higher expectations of how the kitchen should be equipped. The few teflon pans were extremely old and unusable. The knives didn’t really cut. The dishwasher would trip the breaker. We think this may be why dirty cups and dishes were in the cabinets upon our arrival. Also, with a house in this location and for this price, they should offer more beach chairs, etc.

This house is conveniently located just across the street from the beach. It is beautifully decorated and spacious - perfect for our large group of adults and children. I've stayed at numerous houses in St. Simon's and this was by far the best one. I absolutely plan on staying here again in the future.

The house is beautiful and well met our need fir space. There were numerous issues that were encountered during our visit. Many of these issues were never addressed by management after several phone calls. When we arrived the pool was filled with debris and the robot was not running. Management was called and a pool service was supposed to come. This did not happen. We spent several hours cleaning debris from the pool and did get it cleaned. At bedtime, a drip was discovered over a bed, necessitating moving the bed over and placing a container to catch the drip. Management was called at this time. A maintenance crew came the next morning and said the leak had been fixed until we left and they could properly repair the ceiling. That night, after releasing water from the bathtub upstairs bath, water came pouring onto the bedroom again requiring all available containers to catch the water! Management was called again and plumbers came the next morning and repaired the upstairs bathroom shoer plumbing and took down the ceiling below which was about to fall. On July 3, the kitchen sink backed up and filled with water while loading the dishwasher. After plunging didn't work, we drained the water from the pipe and called management. A message was left on the answering machine. The phone call was not answered, so another call was placed. was told that maintenance would be out to check. No one ever responded. Did run the dishwasher afraid it would flood the area.

We had a marvelous time here- the layout works very well for families or groups of friends that like a little separation- three bedrooms on the main level, two bedrooms below, and one out in the pool house. We paid to have the pool heated for our Novemeber trip, which worked very well. We love visiting St Simons, and this house made our visit even more special.

Rented the home for our sons wedding. Great location to access the beach , restaurants and golf. The home was spacious and layout was great with having a couple infants.

The house was just as described. It was nicely decorated and immaculately clean! It could use a mirror in each bedroom. We did have some issues that never got resolved about heat for the pool and hot tub. At time the pool was too hot to use. We did call the leasing office multiple times with little success correcting the problem even though they sent someone over to do so. Other than the pool/hot tub we had a great time!
