Your ski vacation here at Okemo is made easy at this condo with direct slope access to the Promenade Trail as well as short walk to the Solitude Express lift, Epic restaurant for lunch/drink, and amenities at the Solitude Day Lodge: offering a heated outdoor pool, outdoor hot tub, co-ed sauna, and fitness room.

Each bedroom of this recently renovated condo has its own bathroomplus there is an additional half bath for everyone’s convenience. The Slopeside deck off the living room overlooks the trail with long distance easterly views. Enjoy a glass of wine while making dinner together in the recently renovated and fully equipped kitchen or watch a movie in the spacious living/dining area accented by a tray ceiling and centered by a wood burning fireplace.

RENTAL RULES

SMOKING: SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED IN THE HOUSE.

VEHICLES: All vehicles must be parked in designated parking area. Parking pass are required by the complex we will issue them with instructions at check in.

OVERNIGHT STAYS: People other than those in the Guest party set forth may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of the guest.

PRIVATE HOME: All of the properties are privately owned; the owners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.

APPLIANCES: Only use appliances for their intended uses.

PARKING PASSES: Parking passes are necessary and will be provided for two vehicles and will be located inside the unit. Please display the pass on the dashboard of each vehicle of the car. Failure to display may result in towing of vehicle at renter`s expense. Leave the parking passes in the unit upon departure.

CARE OF THE HOUSE: You are responsible for maintaining the premises in a neat and clean manner. This is a private home that is typically not rented and the owners are inviting you as a guest into their home. Please take care of the property as you would take care of your home. Videos of each room will be taken prior to your arrival and immediately after your departure.

FIREPLACE USAGE: Is permitted. Do not remove ashes from the fireplace - this is the number one cause of house fires in Vermont. A supply of cut, split and seasoned firewood is available at property.

INVENTORY: Our rental is equipped with linens, towels, cooking utensils, pots and pans, dishes, appliances, washer, dryer, gas stove, coffee maker, televisions, DVD, stereo, etc. A complete review of the household inventory is performed before your arrival and as the house is cleaned after your departure. You will be charged for any broken or missing items.

CONDUCT: You and your party agree NOT TO DISTURB neighbors with loud noise, music, or unlawful or unsafe behavior. If you allow or participate in such behavior, you will be asked to leave and forfeit the remainder of your rental fee and deposits. Participation in unlawful activities including environmental destruction, natural resource violations or public nuisance violations may be cause for eviction.

    We stayed in this condo with our 3 kids and had a great time. There are two different lifts the we could easily ski to in the morning to get started for the day and could ski right back to the condo at the end of the day. The condo is nicely updated and any issues we had were quickly fixed and response from the owners was very prompt. The boot room had plenty of space for the 5 of us to get layered up for the day and also to drop all of our gear at the end of the day.

    I enjoyed staying right on the Promenade trail and the condo was well stocked.There is some evidence in the tile work that it is an older condo, but kitchen well stocked with Keurig and drip coffee maker which was great and lots of other kitchen pots/pans/bowls.

    Our family of five could not have been happier with our stay. The condo was well appointed and clean. Its location was terrific as we watched the sunrise over the mountains and then walked ten feet to the Promenade Trail to the Solitude Lift. The owners were clear, timely, and responsive in their communications. We will definitely be back!

    This apartment is the perfect ski rental for a family of 4 (or even 5). All the amenities were as described. Large entry room, perfect for storing skis and accessories. Comfortable large beds, spotless and cozy property. Good communication from Just a reminder to pick up some drinks & snacks from the ONLY convenience store on your way into town.

    Place is nicely renovated and in great location. Everything we needed was on site. Boot room, ski locker and firewood all on site. Great place for family or friends to stay.
