Stayed Oct 25, 2025Very nicely appointed home right on the beach! Nice pation on ocean side, all drsired beach equipment provided. All cooking items, coffee maker, kuereg as well. Very clean, modern. Short walk or drive to everything! We had a very nice time!Linda was always immediately responsive to any needs. Would stay agsin, definitely recommend!

Stayed Sep 18, 2025We were pleasantly surprised by the tropical paradise feel the cottage had with the natural landscaping and abundance of birds of paradise flowers. An absolute dream. The cottage stayed cool, the bed was 5 star resort level comfortable, and the outdoor table and chairs gave us everything we needed. The street was silent, and we star gazed easily. The giant window facing the sand dunes from the bed makes for a perfect sunrise wake up. The walk from the front door to feet in the water was maybe 3 min. There was an extra natural nature element to this area that just made it so secluded and less commercial. Eveyrhing we needed in the kitchen and bathrooms. Thankful for plenty of beach towels. We will be making this a seasonal stop!

The beach access was just steps away from our door, and the house had everything we needed for a beach day (chairs, beach towels, etc). We watched the sunrise from bed every morning - it was absolutely gorgeous! We cannot wait to come back!!!!

Stayed Sep 14, 2024The house is a cute little place, perfect for a couple, not sure it would be comfortable with more than that. We got to watch the bunnies playing, we saw a tortoise in the dunes, very old and large turtle. Tons of little lizards running around as well as the bird life. We even had a racer snake come up to see what we were doing. He ran off quickly though. Our only thing was that we wished we could have seen the actual beach and not just the dunes unless we walked down the walkway (which is right next to the house).

Cottages are located on the beach, just a short stroll across the path to the beautiful views. Lots of restaurants nearby and downtown is a short drive. House was clean and well stocked. Wonderful stay!

Stayed Jul 1, 2024This location is amazing and despite having other rental homes share the property it was very private and peaceful. Loved walking out to the beach for sunrise and sitting on the shaded porch at sunset listening to the sounds of the ocean coming over the dunes. This cottage is ideal for couples with its comfy king size bed but also has a day bed in the living area with adequate space for a 3rd person and an extra half bath. The AC worked very well, the little kitchen is well equipped, and there were plenty of towels. Loved that beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, and boogie boards were provided too. Communication with the owner was the best I’ve experienced with a rental. Would definitely stay here again!

Stayed Jun 28, 2024The property was clean very close to the water had everything we needed. The bed was so comfortable bunnies in the yard every morning she has all of the chairs beach umbrella. Everything needed well pointed kitchen overall it was an absolutely great place to stay.

Stayed May 29, 2024The listing description couldn't be more accurate. Linda was a delight to deal through and provided all the necessary information needed for our stay. So nice to have direct beach access only steps away. Unfortunately, because of the dunes, there is not a view of the ocean (although you can hear it!), but we went in knowing that. Sunrises were beautiful! The cottage was in nice shape & updated. Almost everything within walking distance; we Ubered when needed (rides readily available). We would definitely consider staying there again! The historic downtown area is so quaint and definitely worth visiting!
