Perfect Family Beach Getaway. Thank you so much!!Our family had an amazing stay! The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. All day we enjoyed the spectacular and enormous beachfront right off of the large clean back patio. The kitchen was fully stocked, The beds were incredibly comfortable, and communication with the host was excellent from start to finish. We can’t wait to come back!

The kitchen was very well appointed. The location on the beach is beautiful and so easy to get downtown. Our host was very responsive to any questions or issues that arose. The sleeping arrangements include a shared space in the upstairs master so that should be considered. The bathroom space on the first floor outside of the kitchen also is a bit awkward. We loved the house and the location overall.

The house was in very clean condition and quite luxurious. The view from the first floor was nice, and from the second floor outstanding. The property manager was extremely helpful, professional, and went beyond the call of duty!Only concerns were regarding the kitchen: a pulldown shade over the kitchen window would’ve helped. Also, there is only one lid to the pots and pans, which made it challenging for cooking. Otherwise, very well stocked with plenty of dishes, silverware, and sundries.Would definitely rent this again in the future.

Wonderful location. Patio was great. I was surprised, though, that cars were allowed to park on the beach directly in front of the house.

Beautiful place

It was great to be right on the beach. Cute beach vibe furnishings. Spectacular deck on 2nd floor. The house was very well stocked in the kitchen and also lots of beach toys, towels, and chairs. Tons of board games and other games, cornhole too! Outdoor firepit and gas fire pit and lots of patio furniture. Wifi and check out info was in frames on the counter for easy reference, as was the binder with lots of info. The only negative was the dishwasher is not screwed in to the cabinet and can be tippy when trying to empty it.

This home is in an excellent location to enjoy all that New Smyrna has to offer, and only 5 Blocks from Flagler Ave. The living area (Kitchen, Dining Area, Living Room) worked excellent for my family of 8. I would rent this again!!

Great location and had everything we needed. The master suite layout was a bit odd but worked fine for us.

This property was very clean, and provided an excellent location. The most appreciated surprise was how many supplies, kitchen implements, and towels were supplied.We could have made Thanksgiving dinner there if we wanted.Well done.

Everything was perfect - the location was incredible. We had amazing weather and enjoyed the beach every day. Only wish would have been to have had beach chairs at the property - but we bought some and was happy to leave them for the next guests. Thank you for an incredible vacation.

Everything was great from the accommodations, to the area an weather. We were located just a little bit from down town which was awesome. We also got to see a night launch from Cape Canaveral so exciting.

Views, easy beach access, and a short walk to restaurants and shopping! We spent most of our time on the beautiful patio. Perfect location and beautiful house. Had a wonderful vacation.

Rented this house for our family to use during the week leading to the Daytona 500 and it was perfect for us! Spent one day going to Disney, then took advantage of the beach front to play in the sand and water. Great place for a family to stay and play!

This is our third year renting with Turtle Town Vacation Rentals and we can't say enough positive things about them. We changed rental homes this year and love this one even more! The deck with direct access off of the living area is just spectacular, with several sitting areas and a gas firepit perfect for the cooler autumn months. All of the Turtle Town properties have very well stocked kitchens for cooks. We particularly appreciate this since we spend our family Thanksgiving here and do all the holiday cooking without a hitch. This year we were even able to have our dinner outdoors on the deck. If you are looking for the perfect beach holiday for a group. look no further.
