Stayed Jan 9, 2024Celebrated Grandma's birthday, she is not able to walk to the beach so we brought the beach to her. She was able to sit on the first floor and watch and listen to the waves roll in all day. Enough room in a great kitchen for cooking and room for everyone to not be too cramped. The views from the house are fantastic, just walk out and take a walk on the beach.

Stayed Sep 14, 2023For the last 10 years or so, every time we have needed to disconnect, we rent Gina's property for a couple of days. It never disappoints! This place allows us to relax while enjoying the comforts of the house. The beachfront makes it serene and peaceful. Falling asleep to the sound of the waves is wonderful. In summary this is the perfect beach house.

Stayed Mar 4, 2023What a beautiful place, being able to walk right out of the house onto the beach. Saw dolphins Jumping the waves. Short ride to see manatee’s, the sunrise was beautiful waking up to.. I would love to come back to this property. The owners are great to work with. Mary Peffley

Stayed Dec 3, 2021A family trip. Lovely place. The house very comfortable. Excellent view with direct beach access. The view is better than I expected. If I had to say something as a recommendation to improve the house ... I would improve the quality of the towels, dishes and glasses. Spectacular location. I would rent it again.
