Direct Oceanfront 4 Bedroom Home - Private Beach Unobstructed Views

Great 2 weeks! Loved the location and plenty of room in thr house for the 5 of us. Would have been 5 stars except the furniture and carpets were very well loved!! Overall great vacation @

Beautiful views of the ocean from the family room and dining room. Really enjoyed the hot/cold enclosed outdoor shower. Easy to have dogs along with us. Great vacation spot!

We really enjoyed our stay ! 2 things I’d change if I’d look for another vacation rental is look for one with out pets allowed as we encountered a lot of pet hair.That being said we knew it allowed pets when we booked . Loved the family oriented atmosphere and easy beach access!

We had a wonderful relaxing time. Loved that the house was ON the beach, we spent a lot of time walking the beach. We had 6 people and there was plenty of room inside and out on the deck. Good amenities too. We explored the area, found many great restaurants (ate seafood everyday!), awesome coffee shops and endless areas to visit. Property would be great for families too.

Great trip! The house is located on the ocean with amazing views. We spent most days on the beach fishing and swimming. We would rent again! Oh, and the dogs loved it. Pet friendly and quiet.

This property is in a GREAT location with quick access to the beach.The house itself was clean although a bit basic and would benefit with some updating. The owner is very responsive and professional.

As a group of tight knit pals who love to surf fish, we don't need much...but Tony and Co. saw to it that all our needs were met. House is great, views are fantastic, location is stellar. We hope use Diamond Shells again.

Property has a great view. Quiet neighborhood is just what we were looking for! The decking looked new and everything was solid even in the wind. The host was very responsive when we ran into a little problem with technology. The only recommendation I could make would be when you're ready to replace the deck furniture, get something higher so you can see over the railing and enjoy the ocean view in its.emtireity. more c more.complet

The proximity to the beach was wonderful, kitchen well stocked, the house is in good repair. We would come back next year, but our group will be larger, and there wont be enough bedrooms

We enjoyed our stay and loved the area! The community pool was a great bonus, and the convenient location near restaurants, shops and an uncrowded beach made it an ideal getaway for the family!

We couldn’t have asked for a better location for our yearly trip to Avon. The home was clean, well stocked with basic needs (hangers, kitchen supplies, toilet paper, linens, pillows), and provided quiet and relaxing beach days. The walking path through the dunes to the sand was a bit brutal but nothing we couldn’t handle. The host was easy to communicate with and helped resolve a minor cable issue quickly. The view from the back deck can’t be beat. We would definitely stay again.

The house was great for our group of 7. It was very clean. The owner was great about communicating with us. There are lots of stairs and climbing the dunes to the beach aren’t for the faint of heart, but the beach was almost always quiet and serene. We loved our stay and would definitely come back.

This beach house had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. Great views and ocean breezes from the decks. Well equipped and comfortable.
