Direct OCEAN-FRONT townhome - Stone throw to the waves

Excellent property

This was a lovely property with a great location, it was so easy to get to the beach! And the house had everything we needed, so no need to go shopping for supplies. Angela was very responsive and so friendly!

The view of the ocean from the balcony was awesome. You are so close to the water. The beach is only a few steps away and not crowded at all. We would highly suggest staying here if you are looking for a nice quiet get away.

Our family of three (myself, husband and 22 year old son) have been vacationing in Melbourne, Florida for many years. We've rented various townhomes in the same complex, but this townhouse was without a doubt the best, loveliest, most comfortable home we've had the pleasure of renting. The owners provided excellent communication as well as information on their townhouse and the Melbourne Beach area. Every time I asked a question, I received a prompt reply. Angela was super friendly and very helpful! The townhouse is oceanfront with the beach just steps away. The view is incredible and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the waves roll in. The bedrooms and bathrooms were lovely and the beds were SO comfy! The kitchen is fully equipped and the appliances easy to use. The living room offers the spectacular views of the beach and ocean. There are plenty of places to sit and read a book, watch tv or indulge in the ocean view. Beach towels, chairs, umbrellas are all provided. There is also a washer and dryer located in the garage which made doing laundry so easy. All in all, we loved everything about the townhouse and our stay. The owners have created a slice of Heaven in Melbourne Beach. Their townhome is a real treasure and we can't wait to visit again soon. Thank you for a wonderful, memorable family vacation!!!!

Our stay at this beachfront house was absolutely awesome! Being right across from the beach, we had the perfect view of the waves crashing, which was so relaxing and beautiful to watch. Surviving Hurricane Melton was a challenge, but our host was fantastic, keeping us updated and making sure we were safe and well-informed. The house had everything we needed to cook, which made it easy to enjoy meals at home. The bed was incredibly comfortable, making it a cozy retreat after a day of exploring. The garage was packed with toys and beach gear, and although we didn't have the best weather, we made the most of it. Riding the provided bikes along the beach was a fun highlight when the weather allowed. Overall, the house, amenities, and location were perfect, and we can’t wait to come back for a longer stay when the weather cooperates!

Thanks for a beautiful, well kept home away from home! Easy entry, all of the amenities plus some extras, beautiful and comfortable bedding and furniture, and a spectacular view through panoramic windows. Angela responded quickly to our inquiries, she is a great host! Stay here, you will LOVE it!

The townhouse directly on the ocean was so comfortable. The unit was super well stocked with everything you could need to enjoy the beach, cook meals, and just relax. We all especially loved the big round chair by the sliding glass doors and the hammock chairs on the patio. Check in was super easy and the hosts were always responsive. I think this is the best beach rental we’ve ever stayed in.

Had a great time at this place. House was very nice. Love this time of year for vacation so you don’t have to deal with crowds. We were the only people on the beach within several hundred yards each way. We will definitely be coming back to this one.

What a great place to stay at the beach! The view is spectacular and the house is beautiful! Everything was as described and communication with owners was great. We will stay here again!

The property exceeded our expectations. It was exactly what we were looking for with the added bonus of umbrellas and beach chairs. We are already starting to plan another trip for next year.

We loved hearing the waves right outside our window! The weather was super hot, so we didn’t spend a lot of time on the beach, but did enjoy a walk along the water a few times! The beds were comfortable, kitchen had whatever we needed, and host was very responsive to the few minor issues that were easily resolved. The place is very beachy wood beamed ceilings, coastal decor, and plentiful towels and beach supplies. There are stairs between every room and a few spots where some gates or barriers would be needed for small kids. We were there over the 4th and could see fire works from 3 or 4 surrounding towns right from our balcony. It was also turtle nesting season, so we saw many tracks into the water every morning! There are even a couple bunnies around the bushes/grassy area…so cute! Overall a great stay!

I can’t wait to get a chance to return for another stay here. There is literally nothing you need to bring besides yourself and your clothes! You are steps away from the ocean, there are many small amenities close by, and the beach is yours alone. We never saw more than a handful of people the whole time we were out. Such a beautiful place to decompress and relax.
