Great location, and home is very clean. Just as described and seen on the photos. It was perfect for our family of 6. I'm not sure I would recommend for greater than 6 even though it can sleep more. Airbeds are provided but there is limited space to set them up. And only one shower. If you dont mind those conditions, it is a comfy and clean home right on the lake.

The house and property were beautiful. The house was clean and greatly stocked. There is seasoning for anything you wanted to cook. Unfortunately the water wasn’t healthy for my daughter’s dog during our stay. It was nice and peaceful. We saw quite a few big fish jumping.

We had a wonderful time here. The property had everything we needed for our stay. The ramp was great for launching our kayak and the beach provided a great swimming area for my kids and dogs. We also caught many fish (catfish and bass) right off shore! The cove felt private and secluded. It was a quiet, relaxing stay and perfect for any fishing enthusiast.

Everyone in our group highly recommends staying here, the house is amazing and the view is great! The fishing from the backyard was perfect and the locals were very friendly, they told us about the area and some of the activities they recommended (there’s a lot to do in Clearlake!). When you’re not out enjoying the lake, the air conditioning in the house feels amazing as you lounge on the couch or melt into one of the beds (everyone in our group noted how comfortable the beds were). The kitchen is the perfect size and very well stocked for all of your vacation needs.

We had a blast at the lake house, it was well stocked with everything you could need. Super easy access to the lake and we swam all weekend. We had 6 adults and 5 kids and we were a bit crammed. We were able to put 5 kids in airbeds, but I would say this place could accommodate no more than 7 people comfortably. Only 1 shower was a challenge but we knew ahead of time. Also getting to the house is a bit rough. You have to drive up a pretty steep twisty road for a few miles, then drive down some sharp 90 degree turns on an unpaved dirt/gravel road just to get to the house. Pulling a small jet ski was challenge. Overall we had a great time!

We had a great time. It did make us a little nervous on the windy road getting there but once we were there it was so great. There is a dirt drive way that has an incline so it made it hard backing up our boat the truck was sliding. The next day when we were taking the boat to get inspected after words we didn’t launch it at the house. We launched it at a boat launch across the lake. We did dock the boat and our kayak at the beach at the house. When we’re were going to leave, we drove the boat back to the launch and loaded it there. The water felt so good to swim in and the guys fished at the beach and in the boat and caught a lot of fish. My husband has been wanting to take his boat the and catch fish for a long time and it all worked out

We had a great stay. The house and property were just as described in the listing. Perfect location for a family getaway. Communication with the hosts was super easy and they are very responsive. The house was great and very well stocked with all the essentials plus more.....We watched the 4th of July fireworks, right from the backyard....

This property is perfect!! You are protected from the wind, there is a nice swim area. The beds are heavenly. Everything you need in the kitchen. There is just too much to list we will definitely be coming back.

i was pleasantly surprised at this listiing.The property was much nicer than the booking pictures. My son brought his boat.He had a great time fishing and was able to dock his boat at the house.It was awesome! My family had a wonderful vacation with memories that will last a life time.I would definitely stay here again.

Relaxing and nice view

Really excellent job done by the hosts to make this property enjoyable and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you might need, which is definitely not always the case. The beds and couch were super comfortable. The house was very clean and setup great for enjoying the Lake with a bbq, smoker, and ample outdoor seating. Did not disappoint in any aspect.

Four days of fishing! Great location.

Greg and Jennifer’s house is so lovely and peaceful. It was just what we were looking for. The house is well kept and labeled so we had absolutely no guess work the whole time. They’re kind enough to leave plenty of pellets to smoke a meal. The beds were so comfy. Even when it rained we were able to bird watch from the large windows and watch all the wildlife right from the couch. When the rain would pass we’d sit out at their large table and enjoyed the sun while the dogs splashed in the water. 10/10 recommend! Thank you for sharing your home.

Relaxing stay in this beautiful home where you can fish right on the private beach. We enjoyed our stay and the house had everything we could have needed.

Great property, however the launch ramp described in the listing is out of commission due to being badly damaged. We were not informed of this and ended up having to use the ramp 20 minutes from the house. Other than that it was a great stay. Thank you

We had a great stay! House was kid-friendly, stocked with what we needed in the kitchen, small details like the wireless chargers were so helpful! House was clean, beds were comfortable. We had a wonderful stay and will return!
