~~~Direct Beachfront Oceanfront-Incredible Views~~~

We came for a Flagler visit for my daughter and stayed in Melinda’s beachfront condo. The house itself couldn’t have been more perfect for us and the views were perfection! The large bay window facing the ocean was a dream spot for coffee sipping in the morning and the location couldn’t be beat. Melinda went above and beyond to accommodate us and was very responsive.I couldn’t recommend it more!

This home exceeded our expectations. It was extremely clean, well stocked, thoughtfully maintained and clearly cared for. The location was ideal and made getting around so easy. We felt comfortable the entire stay and would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. We will definitely be back!

The property was exactly what we wanted. Easy access to the beach with all the chairs and umbrellas ready to use. The whole property was well appointed. It was stocked with everything we needed for our stay and then some. I would highly recommend this property to anyone who wants beautiful views and a nice, private beach. All the rooms were comfortable and the master bedroom suite had the most amazing shower, beautiful!!

The view of the ocean was amazing at the rear of the unit from all of the rooms. Walking from the back deck the ocean was just feet away. The kitchen was well equipped with all of the tools we needed to cook delicious meals in the spacious kitchen. There were numerous beach chairs, towels, boogie boards and games to enjoy. We enjoyed the relaxing vibe of the place. I would definitely book again when staying in northeast Florida!

Our stay was outstanding. The house was everything we hoped it would be. Clean, well furnished, well appointed, terrific views and easy access to the beach. We could not have asked for a better experience.

Pictures just don’t portray how beautiful this place is! Home is so pretty and well stocked. Host responded to any questions within minutes. The location of the home is just perfect- the beach is just steps outside the door, the drive into St Augustine is only a few short minutes, grocery and some amazing restaurants are within 2 miles. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend this place!

I cannot say enough about how awesome this place was for our family. Everything was clean, and the house was stocked with all of the things you would need to enjoy the beach, which was just steps from the rear door. The host was extremely responsive and very quick to answer questions or concerns. We would 100% stay again if we visit the area. It is perfectly located with a grocery store minutes away. The kitchen was also stocked with everything you need to enjoy meals at home. Downtown St. Augustine was also a short drive make it a great spot to enjoy both the city and the beach.

This is the second time we have stayed at this oceanfront property. The first time it was just my husband and me, the second time we brought our children and grandchildren. They had so much fun! Accommodations are perfect, and the location to the beach is outstanding. The owners are a delight to work with.

We had a wonderful time here. Very clean. Incredible views. A high chair and baby crib were included for a our baby, which was very convenient!

The views are incredible, the beach is quiet and beautiful, house was well stocked and the location has easy access to grocery store and restaurants. A great place and we all talked about hopefully coming back someday.

Very happy with management and our accommodations. So much so we have already booked this beautiful location for another stay in 6 months. Probably the thing that makes it so incredible is the glassed bay window. No matter what is going on with the weather, one can sit there feeling like they are directly on the beach. Everything one would need is provided for. Grocery store right down the road. Highly recommend!

What a beautiful home! Every detail is perfect, down to the mini ice cube machine! All of the appliances are top of the line and the master shower is the best!!The views are gorgeous and the sound of the waves as you sleep is so relaxing. We had a wonderful time!

We really enjoyed the location of this property. The beach was beautiful and the access was great. Everything was very comfortable and clean.

You cannot be closer to the beach! This lovely condo is right on the sand. You walk out the door and there you are. The seating area in the living room surrounded on all sides with floor to ceiling windows is absolutely stunning. We could sit there for hours. Two bedrooms have access to balconies that overlook the ocean. Almost every morning we saw dolphins. One day I saw a dolphin jump all the way out of the water. It was like something from a movie. The beach itself is clean with soft sand and it wasn’t crowded at all. It took us a while to book this place. We were offered many other places at a discounted rate but finally decided on this condo without a discount. I think we found one of the best places on the beach! The only thing to keep in mind is that this is a condo and you will need to walk up some stairs to access the living spaces. Of course, you need to be on the upper floors for those views! I almost don’t want to recommend this place so highly so we can keep it a secret for ourselves. It is wonderful!

This is even better than described. The only reason I'm hesitant to leave a review is because I want to book again for many years to come. If you like a quiet almost personal beach; amazing house with almost every amenity - even those you don't think you need. Close to everything if you want to shop, eat out, or do tourist things. FANTASTIC VACATION!!

Home is beautiful, very clean and right on the beach. Our favorite part was the large window alcove to sit in, its like being right on the sand. Beds were really comfortable, bathrooms spacious and so pretty. Beach is quiet, not a lot of people. Close to St. Augustine restaurants and activities. Would definitely recommend!

We had a great stay! The location was perfect! The condo was amazing, beautifully decorated, and provided everything that we needed! The beach was so close and we spent most of our time there! Absolutely loved everything about this place!
