Direct Beach Front Home with Bay Views and Amazing Sunsets

Outstanding views, exactly as pictured. The easy beach access made our off-season trip absolutely perfect. It was our first time in Villas, and we loved walking along the beach.The home has original cottage charm, was spotless, and the kitchen was well-equipped. The large gathering space with the living and dining room with the views of the dunes and water made it easy for everyone to relax and spend time together.The host was very communicative and attentive, and the entire process—from booking to settling in—couldn’t have been easier.We would absolutely stay here again!

The host is very nice and will communicate what you need to do and what you should bring.If you’re looking for a quiet relaxing vacation this rental is the place to be. The sunsets are beautiful with an unobstructed view over the Delaware Bay. There’s quite a few restaurants to eat down the road. Even a WAWA! It’s an older home with everything you need and is very cozy and comfortable. Bring your food and drinks. And enjoy! We love it!

Great view, near the beach and close to stuff.

Dec 29th 2025 to Jan 2nd 2026. My daughter n I stayed at this beautiful cottage directly on the beach for its peaceful tranquil location. Though it was very cold w high winds we braved short walks. The house has everything you will need n then some. Two small bedrooms that were warm n comfortable. Spacious living room/ dining that opens to beautiful view of natural surroundings and beach. Sunsets are gorgeous to say the least. The owner was kind n helpful. We visit the alpaca farm, wineries local eateries. We also made visits to few other beaches. This location was very different from the usual beaches that i grew up visiting. Thank you Paula!! We loved our stay

We love staying here as the views are amazing, especially the sunsets. Everything is clean and well-kept. Nothing splashy, just a good place to stay that feels like home.

So quiet and peaceful!

Well stocked kitchen. Good location on bayside for excellent sunsets. Had everything we needed. Mattresses we not too comfy. But we would stay again.

Neighborhood was safe enough for a midnight stroll. The pictures did not lie. Beautiful views, but secluded with the folliage. Had all necessities needed. Comfortable beds. Wonderful experience. Great communication with host. Recommendations were spot on. Hope to book again in future.

Beautiful quiet house on the bay!!!

My family enjoyed our time at this property because of the location. Overall, the cabin is very dated. The furniture, mattresses, appliances and carpeting could really use an update. The futon is not in good shape and I would not recommend using as a bed. We stayed in July and the AC was not able to keep up with the warm temperatures. The back door is very difficult to use and lock. If the price matched the accommodations, then I would have no complaints, but we paid over 500 a night. It's nice that Cape May Beach tags are included, because this beach is not one that you really want to get in the water (a ton of horseshoe crabs while we were there). The beach is good for walking and exploring and definitely a great place to catch the sunset!

It was a very private location, very quiet, very comfortable no bells and whistles, but the privacy was amazing and it was only 15 minutes from everything

The property was adorable and well-maintained, and coming home from the beach to enjoy a beautiful sunset over the bay was a real treat. It’s about 15 minutes from Cape May, but the advantage of that is the neighborhood is very quiet. Paula gave us all the info we needed and check-in and check-out were a breeze. Definitely hope to return.

This house was perfect for my husband and me during our annual shoulder season beach vacation. The house had a vintage charm with its paneled walls and furnishings; had everything we needed. The view of the bay, with its gorgeous sunsets, was so relaxing. The natural landscaping and trees provided nice privacy on the back patio, and the beach access was steps away. Communication with the owner was excellent; check in/out was easy.

Unique place on the bay

Love this place so much!! We step out from the back patio onto the sandy beach where we take long walks or watch the beautiful sunsets!! The big windows out towards the bay give an amazing view from the living room. We keep returning to this place when my sisters and I vacation in Cape May, its our favorite!!!

This property is a gem, tucked away in the Villas, about 20 minutes from Cape May. Its peaceful oceanfront location is perfect for off-season quiet and reflection. The house is older, with comfy furnishings and perfect for two couples. The well-stocked kitchen made cooking in easy. The bedrooms are tiny but certainly functional. The views of the dunes and ocean are Spectacular and will bring us back here again.

Perfect location for sunsets on the bay. Short drive (in November) to all Cape May attractions.

Girlfriends reunion weekend. Celebrating our 60th birthdays. Relaxed, walked on the beach, and enjoyed local area. House is cozy and homey. The central room has an open view of the dunes and bay. We were treated to gorgeous sunsets every night of our stay. Just what we needed.

Everything was just perfect. Great location and house was clean. Communication with owner was easy. Only disappoinment was no firepit. Would definitely rent again.

We loved staying at the beach cottage! Paula is truly an amazing host in every way! The place was clean and has all you would ever need. The sunsets were breathtaking, cannot wait to stay at this peaceful getaway again!

We needed a much needed relaxing few days , and that’s exactly what we got. The most beautiful weather possible. The property was very clean and we had the best few days.

We enjoyed our little getaway in this great little oasis. The outdoor space is wonderful with the hammock in the trees and the beautiful views. The horseshoe crabs on the beach and the sludge in the bay water didn't make it an inviting place to swim or relax longterm, but we enjoyed walks to the sandbar and the beautiful sunsets. It's extremely quiet and a quick drive from restaurants and Cape May beaches. My only suggestion for improvement would be to upgrade the space. It's very dated.

We enjoyed our stay so much, even my nephew had a great time. Quick and easy drive to Cape May and Wildwood. Everything you could need and want are right around the corner.

Although the interior was a bit musty smelling it didn't bother us much because everything else about this place was wonderful. It was a quiet neighborhood, about a 20 minute drive from the heart of the town of Cape May. The trees and shrubs made it feel private and secluded, even when sitting on the patio.

The house was great, clean, had everything you would need! The view was the best, you don't have to leave to see the bay. Short walk to the beach, the beach was empty, we had it to ourselves!

You won’t regret staying at this cottage. The beach is literally in your backyard. The sunset is so beautiful! The house has everything you need. We did have to bring our own sheets and towels, and wash all our bedding, that would be the only downside. The house does have like an old house smell, which was easily fixed with some room spray. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay, and would recommend this home to anyone.
