Stayed Jul 12, 2025You will not go wrong booking this VRBO especially during a family vacation. We had 10 people staying in the home and it NEVER felt crowded. Even though the home is not directly on the beach, the trail leading to the beach is very convenient and not far from the ocean. The part of Rockaway Beach this home is located at is the very end of it. We had the beach basically to ourselves the entire stay. I HIGHLY recommend staying at this home for your next small family reunion!

We were comfortable and had enough space for all of us! Stayed Jul 29, 2024This is a great, high-end property. Our party of two families thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and the access to the beach. The only thing I would point out is that the primary bedroom (the Captain's Loft) is open to the Great Room (living / dining / kitchen) below, and so you may want to consider that (it is disclosed in the description).

Stayed Jul 1, 2024Wonderful property. Clean, beautiful, and well appointed, they had pretty much anything our party (ages 5-74) could need. No need to bring sand toys, they have a whole basket. The beach was amazing, very private compared to Manzanitas beach just 30 mins north. If you are looking for a house to hold your large group on the Oregon coast, this is it!!!
