Dip n' Sip Oasis: Heated pool, close to the beach & Atlantic ave!

Thank you so much for a lovely stay! We greatly appreciated the beautiful setting and how well-equipped the house was for our group of seven. The comfortable layout and the great pool area, complete with lounge chairs, inflatables, and beach towels, made our time there truly special. The hosts were the best! Very responsive. The how was clean and comfortable. The kitchen has all the necessary items. The back yard is very relaxing. We fully enjoyed our stay.

The property was very neat and clean, and the guest book was helpful. The neighborhood was very nice and quiet and the owner’s labeling of items within the household was very very helpful. I will certainly stay at this property again in the future.

The host was absolutely the best! Super responsive! Probably the best I’ve ever dealt with. The house had so much to offer. The only reason I didn’t rated it all five was because of the neighborhood. Definitely some good sections, but some sketchy homes as well. I wish there were more options for a rating. I would give it 4.5. We had no issues.

The kitchen was clean and had everything we needed. The outdoor grill area was perfect for gathering around a seafood feast. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms clean. Decor was simple and attractive. The owners made the most of the space. Definitely recommend!

The host was super welcoming with messages and a welcome basket. Since we were there over Christmas we loved the few holiday decorations.

Property is beuatiful and centrally located between our 2 different family events. The property has everything you need and then some! Will be returning!

We were visiting the FL area for a few short days, and this home met all of our needs! We wanted something close enough to our family/friends, but also wanted the flexibility of being in an area where we could easily get around. The location was perfect During our stay, the landscapers and the pool maintenance folks visited. They were respectful, professional, and quick.

Everything in and around the home was organized, clean and thoughtful.

A well designed and decorated property inside and out. Every detail needed for an enjoyable stay has been addressed by the owners, including bedding, toiletries, towels, utensils, pots and pans, glasses, paper towels, and dish soap. All tvs work well, including the one outside near the pool. My Son enjoyed sitting in the pool on one of many available inflatables while watching a football game. Several comfortable chairs and various sized tables surround the backyard in a well-conceived design. The property is very clean. The owners kindly respond to queries in a timely manner. You will be happy to choose this property for your vacation stay.

Exactly what we were wanting! We spent 6 days at this amazing property. We didn’t want to leave! Our family & friends were in town to celebrate our wedding. We looked for Venues for our very chill & low key event. After looking around we realized we had the best place for us exactly where we were. The house is VERY clean & well stocked with anything you want. The back patio & pool was the star of the show. The owners are amazing & very responsive! Quite neighborhood close to many things. Fun Florida feel that made our wedding week an amazing celebration!

This was my first time staying at a rental property and I must say it was an exceptional experience. The place was extremely clean, cozy, and everything that we needed was pretty much there. My six year-old boy enjoyed the pool and all the games that they have on site. Kayla and Matt were very attentive, answering any questions that I had promptly. Will definitely stay again! in town for a few days and luckily picked this home to stay in. it is very comfortable, very clean and spacious. It has everything you need for the beach, the pool, cooking, etc. Groceries are just a few minutes away. Several great restaurants close by. I thought the owners have decorated this home with a great balance of vintage & modern. Love the floors and tile. They communicated after check in to make sure we were good. The pool is amazing as is the backyard lighting. It was a quiet neighborhood which was perfect for us. We would definitely stay here again.

Drove 20 hrs to a nice clean home. House is equipped with daily essentials. Everything is specifically labeled. All in all, we left happy and will be coming back for future vacation stay in this home. Quiet neighborhood, pool, good central air, all stores nearby.

The property made it easy to travel with kids. Not only did they provide a pack n play but the mattress, black out curtains, puddle jumpers, pool toys, beach toys, easy! Happy with our choice in VRBOS! Thankful!

Our hosts were always available for questions and information we needed during our stay. We enjoyed being outside in the large pool area soaking up the sun and spending time lounging around the pool and eating our meals out there as well. Great grill for barbecuing. Lots to do in the area. Delray Beach was our favorite.

Our family stayed at this location for one week. The house had everything we needed. We did rent a full size crib as our 2 1/2 year old would not have slept well in port-a-crib. Our weather was sensational which made this house particularly great. We make good use of the pool and spacious backyard. The house is in an unusual community of old beach cabins. Some are not kept up as well but this house was well taken care of. The location was otherwise perfect- close to everything one would need. We liked the privacy of having a house to ourselves. The house has almost any supply we could use- a beautiful grill, towels, blankets, lots of dishes and cooking utensils, some spices, a Keurig and a coffee maker., tons of pool toys, shade, sunlight, lots of televisions. I only wish it had a fourth bedroom so I could come back for a growing family.

This house is a great place to spend some family time. They have thought of everything in the kitchen and outside in the backyard for you to be able to cook to your hearts content, barbecue, swim in the pool and relax.

My spouse and teenage kids could not have been happier with our stay at the Dip & Sip. Communication was timely, and The owners were very accommodating to our requests.The property had every amenity it promised and plenty of space to ourselves. We’ve been visiting family in the Boynton area for many many years and were so pleased to find this gem so nearby to them. From start to finish we thoroughly felt at home and enjoyed our stay. We look forward to returning again in the future!

My trip at Dip N Sip was absolutely flawless. Kayla and Matt were nothing less than exceptional hosts. I had informed them I was going to be spending my birthday weekend there and they were communicative understanding and so unbelievably kind (they even left me a birthday package !). Their home is beautiful, spacious and well equipped for stays and the back yard is an absolute dream. Once you’re in there will be no reason to leave as they truly have thought of it all. They even included infant supplies (bibs,High chairs, crib mattress etc.) when you include them on the itinerary. Will be back here absolutely amazing

I loved my stay here. Everything was as expected, the pool was perfect, the space was exactly as described. Close to the beach and a ton of restaurants!
