Stayed May 14, 2026Great property. House was clean and well-appointed. Our party of 5 was quite comfortable. Location is private and quiet but still convenient to Starkville (10-15 minutes). Communication with the host was minimal as we did not experience any issues during our stay. However, check-in instructions received via text were were clear and detailed. Check-in/checkout was easy. We would definitely stay here again. I wish we had discovered this place sooner.

Stayed May 15, 2025Went up for son's graduation from State. Family came with us so needed a large property. This property did have enough bedrooms and bathrooms for what we needed. The beds are small, and only 1 or no nightstand by each bed. No TV's in the bedrooms. The small living room is separated from the kitchen/dining table. There is no real space to gather other than the kitchen, layout is choppy. There is a picnic table outside. No grill outside, brought a grill with us. We did request additional towels as there were 2 towels and 2 washrags to each bathroom. Towels were delivered promptly.

Stayed Nov 3, 2023Loved our stay on Rogers Rd. Very quiet, but close enough to Starkville for everything that you need. House was perfect for different families, with each bedroom having its own bathroom!

Stayed Sep 15, 2023Very nice place for a group stay. Every room has private bath plus a common half bath. Location is away enough to be very quiet and private but close enough to still be convenient. Exceptionally clean and new! Host was very easy to deal with!
