My family of 4 stayed for 5 days and enjoyed the area immensely! It’s safe, quiet and close to several beautiful parks. It’s also very central to a variety of dining options and a grocery store. This is a great rental property!

Cute walkable neighborhood. Host was responsive but it wasn’t as clean as I expected.

Great location for us to visit our adult child in the Dilworth, clean and comfortable. Host was clear with check in and check out.

The Dilworth Dream Cottage is conveniently located near Interstate access, sports venues and transportation hubs plus restaurants and shops. The Cottage had all the amenities we needed for our weekend trip to Charlotte to watch the PGA Championship at Quail Hollow. Check in and check out procedures easy to follow and worked well.

We loved the neighborhood, kids and dogs. It felt very neighborly and accessible to the Y

Well outfitted older duplex south of East Blvd in Dilworth. Easy walking to restaurants.Manager very responsive.For oldsters would suggest leaving dining room light on for coming down the stairs at night. The closet in the 2nd bedroom is locked so be aware of that when packing.

Perfect location to Dilworth & South End. We were in town moving our daughter into an apartment in the South End area. House was good. We weren’t there much, other than to sleep & shower but it worked out great!

Went to the Mayo Bowl and we were able to walk to wherever we wanted/needed to go. 10 minutes to great restaurants, 20 minutes to the stadium. JUST ONE THING: A pad of paper, as well as a writing utensil would be wonderful! Ran into an urgent situation, and could not write down some info...

My wife and I went to Charlotte for Christmas as to get our wedding photos taken. The experience from the very beginning was wonderful. Our host made us feel like family when we initially reached out. She would even periodically send us things to do in and around Charlotte, leading up to our stay. Upon our arrival, the town house was spotless and everything was exactly as advertised. We had an amazing time and plan on going back next year. 10/10.

Good location for Panthers game. Walkable but might want to Uber. House had everything you need for up to 4 guests. Could use a few more glasses in the cupboard.

This was a great property - had everything we needed, fantastic location, and very comfortable! Would 100% rent again if visiting Charlotte!

Perfect space for our family of four to enjoy while up form SC for a Panther Game

We enjoyed our stay. The house was great, and surrounded by a wonderful neighborhood. We walked everywhere, and enjoyed all that Charlotte had to offer.

We absolutely loved the home and the location. It was our first time in Charlotte and I don’t think that I could have found a home with a more perfect, safe location. The home was beautifully styled, clean and comfortable. Will def stay here again if we are in town.

Nice little place. Very clean, wonderful location (quiet and close to things, a walkable neighborhood), air conditioning worked well during an awful heat wave, and the bed in the larger bedroom was very comfortable (the only one I can vouch for, but the other one was probably fine, too). A few things could be improved: the “starter kit” was missing some things like washing machine pods and dish soap. There are only 2 hooks in the bathroom for towels which is difficult when there are 4 guests. The 2nd bedroom has no place to hang clothes (the closet is locked), although it does have a chest of drawers. The hand rail for the stairs does not go all the way to the top of the stairs, and there is no runner on the hardwood steps to increase traction. We didn’t have a problem with the stairs, but they might be a problem for older people, kids, or pets.

The duplex was immaculate and exactly as pictured. The location was perfect! Great, walkable neighborhood.

Property was as advertised. We were only there one night for a concert but everything was fantastic. Clean, comfortable beds and an easy 25 minute walk to Bank of America Stadium. Check in/out process easy.

We loved the location of this property. Overall a great place. Just a few suggestions. The towels and linen should be replaced - very wore and stained. We rented for 10 days and no one came to mow or cleaned up the outside of the property. Looked like it had not been mowed for a few weeks, very overgrown and just a mess.
