Our Dillon Mountain retreat is located on scenic Lake Dillon in the heart of Summit County, Colorado. This townhome has absolutely amazing front row views of Buffalo Mountain, Lake Dillon and the Ten Mile Range and offers a central location to all Summit County and mountain activities including biking (we're steps away from the Lake Dillon bike path which connects to all of Summit County and beyond), hiking, fishing, rafting, boating, and shopping to name a few!

This townhome is completely furnished with all the comforts of home. It is 2 levels with the living room, kitchen and deck on the upper level and 2 bedrooms, bath and walk-out patio on the lower level. The master bedroom is equipped with a Queen size bed and full dresser while the extra bedroom has 2 twin beds. The living room has a Queen size sofa sleeper and additional couch, big screen TV with cable, DVD and VCR, and books and games for your enjoyment. The kitchen is fully equipped including microwave, blender, toaster and coffee maker in addition to a well-stocked pantry for items that might have been forgotten.

Dillon is a quaint little town with a number of shops and restaurants. Everything in town is within easy walking distance including the Dillon Marina, grocery and liquor stores, local theater, post office, Lake Dillon Park, tennis courts and the Lake Dillon outdoor amphitheater which features free summer concerts, farmers markets and other events. Guests can catch the FREE shuttle bus, the Summit Stage, which services all of Summit County including 3 large outlet shopping areas in Silverthorne. We are only minutes from the Silverthorne Recreation Center which offers an Olympic size pool, kid’s water park and hot tubs.

    Overall a nice place. A little small and some things (particularly appliances) were dated but overall everything worked fine. Can’t beat the location - especially for the price.

    Perfect location, just a few minutes walk to the Farmer's market, art festival, concerts (amphitheater), playground. I'd stay here again without a doubt.

    I stayed here a few of days on my own and my brother, sister-in-law, and my 3 year old nephew joined in for a couple of nights. There were a lot of kid friendly accommodations for my nephew. The view of the lake and snow-capped mountains right off the balcony is stunning. This condo is a great option if you're looking for a place to stay in close proximity to all of the various ski resorts and it is set up to accommodate storage of all the ski gear at the condo entry. Some of the furnishings and home accessories like couch pillows, rugs and carpeting are ready for an update. However, the condo overall is very comfortable with everything we could need (plus some) available. The owner is very friendly, communicative and easily accessible.

    The place was spacious, comfortable, and quiet for our two-week ski vacation in January. The view of the mountains and lake is superb. Parking was plentiful and close - maybe 30 feet from the door, with just a couple of outside steps. The location is convenient for shopping, restaurants, and the road to Keystone. Communication with the host was responsive and thorough. We hope we can stay there again next year.

    A very well stocked, comfortable apartment, very close to the heart of Dillon. Unfortunate not to be able to use the fireplace but it was warm enough without it. Great communication from the host.

    This is the shortest walk you'll get down to the lake and the Amphitheater. The location was amazing.
