Great Host. The day before our stay, the hot tub stopped working. The host reached out to offer alternative homes of equal or better value, or offered a partial credit. The customer service was top notch. We decided to stick with this home. They had local bakery treats delivered for the inconvenience. The home itself was in great shape and well maintained. Plenty of cookware and kitchen items. Goodie basket prepared waiting on the counter. All necessary instructions for your stay presented cleanly. The deck was huge with a great view. The weather didn't cooperate with us but I would love to spend another sunny weekend here and enjoy that view!

The space was nice, the hot tub was well maintained and perfect for relaxing in the evening. Bedrooms, kitchen, and living room space was set up nicely. This would be great location for two couples or a small family. Just a few considerations and minor improvements about the location. The living room fireplace was not working which was a bit of a bummer as the central heating is a little underpowered especially for a winter visit. Upstairs bedroom fireplace was functioning and it made that space really cozy. The house is located high up on the hillside which is perfect for views but if you were planning on walking down to the beach, it is a hike. They do offer a parking permit that you can use to get closer to the beach but I have a feeling that space will get filled up quickly during the warmer seasons. Just consider this if you're booking this as a beach location, it's more of a view location.On our last night, we were woken up to the carbon monoxide detector going off at midnight. We called the emergency phone number and they picked up right away and gave us instructions. We called the fire department out and they identified a faulty water heater. We told the management company and requested a late check-out due to the inconvenience. They granted an hour extension but that was it because of guesting coming in after us. I get that it's a business but it would have been nice to get a small credit considering the nightly rate. So it goes. Overall, very happy with the stay and the professionalism of the management company. Clean accommodations, nice house, hot tub, parking, pool table, and couches to relax on.

Property was well maintained, close to the beach, and had activities.Of note the downstairs fire pit did not work and the dryer was intermittent with heat.Overall great stay.

Beautiful spot and perfect for our family. We will be back!

Great Bedroom layout, 1 up w/bath, other down w/bath. Great room with full length ocean view. Quiet location. Read ALL Rules & Regulations to avoid trouble, especially Parking. NO PARKING ON GRASS; SUBJECT TO TOWING BY HOA AND FINE.

We live in Petaluma and wanted a little getaway for the weekend with the kids and dogs. This place was perfect for us. Dillon beach is the only no leash dog beach close and it was so nice to take the kids to the beach and stay here. We loved the hot tub and the views. Will come back for user!

We really enjoyed staying at Beach Nest!! Loved the house itself-it was adorable! Also enjoyed the hot tub and the amazing views of the water from the entire house. We visited California for a wedding and decided to take a mini vacation. Dillon Beach area was a great location as it was close to San Francisco as well as the Sonoma county area. Would totally recommend this house!

The place was very clean. The jacuzzi and dry sauna and incredible bathtub made the trip so relaxing. The deer are everywhere which was lovely.

Nice quiet getaway. Great view from inside the house or relaxing in the spa after schooling my mother in law playing pool in the garage. There was even a keyboard in the garage if you are inclined to make music magic. Nice quiet neighborhood. Deer everywhere at dusk. Thanks.
