Diamond Shoals 67: Dog-Friendly, 3 lots from beach

House was easy to get to and in a quiet area close to grocery store. Everything needed was included…sheets, towels, kitchen appliances and cookware. I did miss not having a dishwasher but they did supply us with dish detergent. The home was very cute and perfect for my family. It could use a little updating but overall, it was great. I’d recommend for smaller parties.

The rooms are smaller than they look in the photos. The master bedroom has a water closet and sink but no shower. There is only one bath with a shower and it is small. We were prompted to use the dishwasher but there was no dishwasher. The APP in my opinion is useless and phone numbers that are local and not 800s are difficult to find. The people at the local office were very helpful but they are not 24/7.

While the home is a little dated, it provided everything we needed for a week's vacation. The only complaints I had were pet hair everywhere which Vacasa sent a cleaning crew out the morning after check in as we checked in after hours and the sliding glass door being difficult to lock (we ended up leaving it unlocked more often than not). While I understand its a pet friendly home (and I have pets of my own) cleaning needs to be more thorough as all furniture was covered in pet hair. If pet hair doesnt bother you then its definitely a nice place to stay!

The house was comfortable. Plenty of space to spread out. The house was as advertised, 3rd lot from beach. Supermarket, shops and restaurants close by. Make sure to bring your beach accessories.

Outdoor space to clean up from our daily fishing adventures. Pet friendly and cozy family space. Met all of our needs just fine.

We love this house its not to small or too big, its perfect, the bedroom with half a bath in it was a great size the bed was comfy, great location. This makes our 2nd year in a row staying at diamond shoals. We love this place!! Its clean, easy access.

House was cozy, great access to the beach

Good basic place to stay. Close access to the beach and anything you might need. Renters need to bring all necessities, including coffee filters, salt/pepper, and cleaning materials for counters and tables as they are not available in the house.

Diamond Shoals is such a cozy and beachy beach house! We love the back den and deck and had a blast. Thank you for a great trip at an awesome house!!
