Detached stone villa with stunning views, private pool, WLAN, outdoor barbecue

Totally wonderful villa. Spotless, well equipped, stunningly designed. Easy check in with local agent. Good comms prior to trip with owner. A fabulous week spent relaxing, dipping, drinking in the amazing views. Cant say much more other than id happily spend longer there!

The Villa is perfect if you want to have a relaxed holiday with friends. We went climbing, to good truffle restaurants and even to the sea. And hanging out in the house is amazing.

Property was very delightful. In a quaint little community with a great restaurant within a 5 min walk. Excellent views from the patio. Well appointed rooms and kitchen.

Our stay at the Casa Sienna was wonderful. The house exceeded our expectations in every way. It was very spacious tastefully decorated and clean. We loved walking out in the morning to see the breathtaking view and enjoy breakfast on the veranda. The location of the house is very convenient for exploring Istria in a tiny village with a nice restaurant within walking distance. The host Andrea was very helpful prior to our arrival. She helped us make arrangements for transportation and rental car when we arrived. She even made arrangements for us to dine at the amazing Slow Food Restaurant near by. She is an excellent host and has thought about every detail. The detailed handbook that was in the house was extremely helpful. The tips that were given and we followed made our stay even more enjoyable. I can recommend this house 100% and hope someday to return to it.

We had a family holiday here - three generations, including a four week old baby, in September, and all had a wonderful time. We were very impressed with casa Sienna and particularly liked the layout with the bedrooms and bathrooms being behind two doors which meant we didn't hear the baby! The villa was very clean, all the equipment and furnishings were of good quality and the kitchen was very well equipped. We particularly appreciated the comfortable sofas outside - a great place to relax and read in the shade. We spent most of our time at the villa and the active among us appreciated the table tennis and badminton rackets. The pool water was a little too cool for us though as the temperature was cooling down in September. Andrea responded quickly to queries and Smiljan the caretaker spoke very good English and was very patient with us on arrival, answering all our questions. He was on hand at the other end of the phone when the electricity went down, keeping us informed and reassured (my daughter in law is diabetic and it was essential her medication was kept cool). We had a lovely meal at Smiljan's family restaurant in Vrh which is well recommend. The village of Sovinjak only has a church and a restaurant (the views are spectacular) and the villa is about 15 minutes drive from the nearest shops (Buzet) so it is a great 'away from it all' destination. Motovon is about 15 minutes away by car. There is plenty to do in the area if you wish and this part of Croatia is very much cheaper than the south. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this villa - we regularly holiday as a family and this was by far the best we have stayed in.

Casa Sienna is a beautiful home in a small hill town close to Buzet. We had a wonderful stay there relaxing by the pool and making day trips to surrounding sights. Very comfortable, quiet and serene, with good shopping in nearby Buzet.

Casa Siena is a beautiful and immaculately clean villa with an amazing hostess. Andrea helped us with everything after we decided to stay here and even made arrangements for breakfast and cleaning for us. The villa itself is beautiful with a gorgeous mulberry tree outside along with the pool. The inside of the villa is very well decorated and has all the amenities including aircon that one needs. I would stay here again and would highly recommend it for anyone planning a holiday in Istria.
