Stayed Aug 15, 2025We had an absolutely amazing stay! The house was spotless and super clean, which made everything so comfortable. The location couldn’t be better – close to everything I needed and perfect for exploring the area. The house was fully equipped with everything you could possibly need, making it feel just like home. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Definitely planning to come back again – highly recommend!

Stayed Jul 24, 2024We stayed for three nights as part of a circular tour of Benelux, Germany, and France. We were left wishing that we had arranged to stay longer at this property. It is a beautiful and peaceful setting with great views from the large balcony. The property is set within a forested area with access to a large network of walks. We walked a loop via Blankenheim on one day which was very enjoyable. Christian made sure we had everything we needed, and responded to queries promptly and helpfully. Would highly recommend.

Stayed Dec 2, 2023The lodge is a wonderful place to stay. Situated up a gravel (snowy) track in the woods it is out of the way and peaceful - just what wanted. The host had lit the wood central heating stove beforehand so we were met with a warm lodge. All stayed warm inside despite the snow and -7 temperature. Well equiped throught out, with some quirky decorations which made us smile.
