Stayed Jun 15, 2026We had an amazing stay! The place was spotless, and the host was incredibly kind and considerate when we ran into a small issue. The best part was the location, the beach is literally right across the street, which made everything so convenient. We’ll absolutely stay here again!

Stayed Jun 1, 2026This place was really nice. However, we noticed that whenever someone downstairs used the toilet, a raw sewage smell would linger in the apartment for 20-30 minutes.

Stayed May 21, 2026Loved this property! Great views from both the front and back of the property, short walk to the beach, great pool, and easy parking! Would definitely book here again. I had no direct contact with the owner, but the management company responded promptly when we needed something after check-in. Top notch service!

Stayed Mar 14, 2026We enjoyed our stay in the villa! The views were spectacular. Check-in and check-out was a breeze. It was my first time renting a VRBO and thought there would be hiccups in the process but it was all smooth, directions are accurate and reliable. We stayed here with parents and children and was enough room for us to all feel comfortable. Only thing I didn’t realize was that there was only one shower but wasn’t too much of an inconvenience. Beach is literally just feet away and beautiful view from kitchen/living area. We also don’t realize there was extra blankets in the sitting bench in master room until we were leaving - those would have been handy. Kitchen was fully stocked (y’all should add this to description) as I wondered if there would be pots/pans for cooking - that was a plus!

Stayed Apr 18, 2025This second floor with a private Cate entrance was amazing. Cute decor; very comfortable beds and very clean. Great location with a view of the beach. Main toilet needs a new in tank mechanism (took forever to refill) but that’s an easy affordable fix. We plan to stay again. Communication with the rental company was quick and helpful!

Stayed Mar 18, 2025This place was absolutely gorgeous. We had one of the best views of the gulf and beautiful view of the lake as well. You could walk right across the street to the beach. The pull out couch was even surprisingly so comfortable. Easily left with all of our clothes washed, thanks to the washer and dryer in the unit. We stayed with 3 little boys, one in a pack and play. It was perfect for us, and you could even just sit on the couch and enjoy the view. They had the kitchen fully stocked with appliances and everything was very clean. Would stay 100 times again thank you!
