Destiny Awaits | 6BR | Gulf View! Private Pool & Golf Cart! Walk to Beach!

This property is a gem for its location. Tarpon beach access is literally a stones throw away from this property making enjoying crystal beach super easy and convenient. The provided golf cart was a nice touch that makes it even easier, although it's so close that using the cart for beach access is almost overkill. The neighborhood is excellent, quiet, clean and conveniently located to not just the beach, but any shopping or restaurants you would want to visit. The property was clean and in good repair. It was very spacious and worked very well for our large family vacation. All in all a good experience. Having laundry machines on two floors is also a nice touch.A few points that Id like to see addressed that are minor. The house had no trash bags or toilet paper when we arrived. We contacted the host and they immediately had them dashed over. The fire pit that the kids wanted to use doesn't work.The house has no coat hangers so bring your own if you plan on properly unpacking for an extended stay.Towels and other linens are supplied but in no real quantity. There was 1 bath towel per bathroom making requiring couples sharing a room to use our beach towels. Also, bring lots of beach towels.A bit of warning for parents of smaller kids that'll want to enjoy the pool; the surface of the pool is extra rough. After extended swimming sessions our younger kids had sores on their feet and fingertips. I understand textured surfaces for grip, but in my opinion, it's too rough

First, we got to check in a little early, as the house was ready!Great with communication. Quick response time.I LOVED the pool area! Plenty of lounging options and pool toys too! The house was great for separate areas for away time,if with a big group. Two washer/dryer sets! On 2nd and 3rd floors. Straight shot up the street and across road to reach the beach. Super close! Loved that they include a 6 seater cart to go exploring in! Really got our use out of this! Thanks for letting us use this fabulous house for our 5 th annual Destin vacation with our grandbabies! These memories will last a lifetime!

We had a wonderful stay at this home with our extended family! The house was incredibly clean and well-maintained, with plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy. The location couldn’t be better—peaceful yet convenient to everything. The golf cart was the icing on the cake and made getting around a breeze.The outdoor space was perfect for both fun and relaxation, with comfortable seating and great spots for easy conversation. Communication with the host was smooth and responsive throughout our stay.I had a question about beach chairs and umbrellas—while they aren’t officially provided, there were plenty of nice ones available, likely left by previous guests. If you're unsure, just ask!If we had to suggest any improvements, it would be to upgrade some of the towels and consider adding a few basic toiletries—but those were very minor details in an otherwise fantastic stay.Highly recommend this property for families or groups looking for a comfortable and memorable getaway. If we’re in the area again next year, we’ll definitely rebook!

Stayed for a week with 10 family members.. house was perfect! Each family could have their own space by utilizing the 3 floors.. House was conveniently located near the beach and also has a pool. The property manager was very easy to work with and responded immediately with any questions. I would highly recommend this property for large groups.

Great house for large families/groups. Location is perfect, about 2-3 min walk to the beach. Shops, restaurants, etc very close. Host was very responsive throughout our stay. Heated pool was great, very warm!

This place was awesome! Where do we begin. We texted Bob when we were an hour away and he let us check in 3 hours early! We have a family of 9 and this house delivered big time! All the rooms are spacious and the bathrooms were big, plentiful with huge showers. The washer and dryers on the 2nd and 3rd floors were a game changer I shouldn’t have packed so many clothes. The kitchen and island were big and any appliances you need were available to use. We did breakfast every morning and enjoyed the large dining room table where we ate family style. We loved the heated pool and backyard area too! Golf cart tires were low so we contacted service and it was taken care of in just an hour. We texted Bob about the heat in the pool and he had someone out same night to crank up the heat for us. I would highly recommend this place and will definitely be back one day. The golf cart was a great touch because you could quickly take it to places like the beach, coffee shop, gas station, or a restaurant bar. The beach area is literally a 5 minute walk and this property has beach chairs, boogie boards and other beach equipment to take down to the beach with you. Thanks Bob!

Destiny Awaits is a wonderful property. It has a beautiful pool and backyard space, but is also just a short 3 minute walk to the beach. The home offers tons of space and a great first floor kitchen/living room for all to enjoy.

The house was wonderful and so much room!! Location to beach was a very, very short walk. The golf cart(6 passenger) was an added bonus My suggestion would be stemless wine glasses as the stemmed one do not fit on topin dishwasher and also some plastic glasses to take out to the pool.
