Destin in Fall: Private Pool, 4 En Suites, Cart

Better than expected! House was very nice and roomy! Perfect for our family vacation and very close to a beautiful beach! Will definitely be back!Only complaints were some minor electrical issues, like some lights flickering, fans not working, and the thermostat not working, BUT the host very quickly sent someone to fix it so it didn’t impact our stay at all! Highly recommend!

This house was great amenities were all as expected, stayed here for my bachelor trip host was super easy to deal with and didn't get involved in our stay at all which was great. would 100% book this place again

The house itself is amazing, but other small things made me frustrated. - You have to drive the golf cart 1 mile to park to go to beach. There is a beach access 0.3 miles but you can’t park there. - Beds/Mattresses are FIRM. I didn’t enjoy that and neither did my back. - The “beach house” does not offer any chairs or umbrellas. Be prepared to go buy your own. - No seasoning left behind, go buy and take it home, they will throw it away. Bring your salt and pepper shakers from home. - They brought some pool umbrellas by on our 3rd day which we were thankful for. - Fans inside the house do not have remotes so they are stuck on whatever setting they’re at. Whether that’s off or level 10, you can’t adjust them. - Bring someone who is 6’0 tall, they need to hold the shower on after you get back from the beach. Owner is snob. I saw a TikTok of this place after I booked and was having some issues while there, so I DM’ed her on TikTok. Looked the next day, she had blocked me. Decent place, nice receptionist via VRBO app, but the Host/Owners were very nasty people. Probably wouldn’t book again even at 50% discount.

We enjoyed the stay in this Beautiful perfectly located home. Rooms was clean the host was great the pool was big and we had a blast in Destin. See you next trip!!

Great time

Everything was perfect. The house was bigger and better than we had even expected. Everything was ready for when we got there. Communication with the host is super easy and they respond extremely quickly.

Everything was spectacular. Plenty of room for my family of ten. House was clean and had everything we needed. Luke was super responsive to all my questions. The bikes are a great thing to have being so close to the beach and shopping. The pool was perfect. Would definitely return and recommend to others.

Also, downstairs master was very difficult to get in and out of the shower (very slippery).*Pool worked well for us, but needs attention with the liner, water level and overall servicing. *Very quick and loud door alarm for the pool.*Basic repairs (probably from usage all summer, we understand). Broken outlet cover, balcony door sticks - hard to open, light blulbs out, pantry door did not work and ice machine did not work well.*No golf cart provided. First time we had a house without one and had to rent our own.*No extra ice machine. Always a great perk when a property has this feature.*Very limited kitchen pots, pans and cooking items.*No grill. So first the house was awesome one of the nicer houses we have stayed in plenty of room for everyone.There were a few things that we would expect with a nice house though and just want to make any future guest aware! Pictures show umbrellas around the pool however there are none and when we contacted them they said they have had issues with people putting them in the pool and/or getting broken. I will say there is Zero shade in the back yard. Umbrellas would have been very nice. Upstairs master bedroom had stained sheets we had to was them when we got thereBeds are Very firm. Not really a knock just and FYI.Downstairs bathroom toilet seat was broken Upstairs bedroom - They put the tv in guest mode and won’t let you do anything it wouldn’t connect to internet so they couldn’t watch TV in that room - didn’t contact them didn’t think it was important enough Kitchen pantry door was broken couldn’t use at allOverall we loved the house but with renting a house like this we expect the small things to be right as well as some of the nice amenities like umbrellas and things.

Three generations stay, we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay. There was enough sleeping, eating, and interacting room for the nine of us. The only concern I had was, that the door to the air condition system needed to be cleaned. Have allergy problems.

Very roomy house for a big group. The bikes were a plus! We had a group of 12 including kids and teenagers and we all enjoyed our stay!

We stayed for a bachelorette party trip for a long weekend and absolutely loved the house!!

We stay in Destin 2-3 weeks a year and this property was perfect!! Only downside was no grill. Beside that 10/10.

We had a wonderful vacation at this beautiful house. Just a short walk to the beach and a quick ride to any store you could need on vacation. The interior of the house is stunning, light and airy and well equipped. The pool and bikes were an added bonus. Will definitely be back!

We had lots of fun

We’ve vacationed in this area for many years. The home is in a great location and was easy to get to the beach. We were there in the off season, so parking was easy but if you had a wagon and children who can walk a few blocks you could easily walk to the beach. The house is definitely prepared for an infant/toddler with a pack n play in the closet and the high chair. You should be aware that the house has an alarm on the two back doors. This is great with a baby, but would be annoying if you didn’t need it. I’m not sure it can be turned off. There were a few other misses that I wanted to note so if you go you are properly prepared. There is no grill so keep that in mind when preparing a grocery list. There are no extra blankets, sheets, or anything to help add warmth to the bed. So if you tend to get cold bring a blanket. There were no sheets on the trundle and this could have been an oversight since we didn’t necessarily need them. There are a few games, but there were no beach toys or chairs to borrow. We purchased 6 chairs and toys and left them to be used, however, there is really no place to store them so I’m not sure they will be left out. There are no towels or dishcloths in the kitchen, so again, bring your own. These were a few things that I think could have been handled by the owners that would leave the customers with a much better attitude towards the rental. The bikes were great & the neighborhood is beautiful.

Beautiful house, great location. Had a great time

This home is beautiful! Arriving the day after a major hurricane hit Florida we expected a dirty pool and anticipated limbs/debris. We were surprised to find a perfect beautiful pool and landscape. We were highly impressed with the cleanliness, location, and comfortability. We will be back. ☺️
