DESTIN FL-JULY SALE 2026 -Walk to beach /community pool/pets ok

We loved the house! It was very clean and well taken care of . The host, Kim, was always very quick to o respond to all questions I had. The kitchen was awesome. There was a plethora of utensils and dishes. The counter was huge which made it very easy to prepare meals. The backyard patio was very nice with furniture and a dinette set with umbrella. The bedrooms were roomy and the bathrooms were very nice. There were plenty of tvs with a nice big screen in tte living room . The front porch with rocking chairs was very nice. The beach was 5 blocks away per Kim, but they were small blocks, so the walk was no problem. A new restroom/ramp is being built and will be done in a month. This will solve the only negative we had with our visit . It is nice to have a restroom nearby at the beach AND no steps if you have a beach cart . The community pool is very nice and was never crowded. There were 2 gas grills at the pool, although only one was operable . We had a very nice vacation.

The house was beautiful and had everything we needed for our stay.

Great place, very well equipped, clean and close to Gulf of America. Host was awesome - Will consider coming back in the fall or at least not during spring break.

The fully fenced yard was great for our two small dogs. Everything you need is there. Beach toys and wagons with public beach access just a short walk away. We will definitely stay here again.

Everything was just as described and this was a great property. Kim was awesome to deal with. Neighborhood was very quiet and everything we wanted/needed was easily accessible. Short walk to the beach. 100% recommended.

Went with little kids and grandparents, the house had everything we needed. Beach toys and games and extra blankets and a washer! Great time- super easy to deal with!

As a kid I grew up coming to the area and WOW has it grown over the years. As if 2025 me, and my husband have been bringing our kids to Destin(25 yrs) and this home was one of our favs!!! ! The house was perfect for our crew! I would definitely recommend this home if you are planning a stay in Destin! The house host (Kim) was a fantastic! Everything was perfect! Our 3rd stay at this beautiful home! We thoroughly enjoyed staying here, short walk to the beach, friendly neighbors, and Kim is an AWESOME host to work with! She is so accommodating and was easy to contact during our stay! We will be returning soon!

Pre-trip communications were excellent with the owner. Write up in Vrbo was spot on. House was roomy, well stocked, clean and welcoming. Would definitely recommend this listing to others!

Was great place to stay especially since I had my dogs with us and there was a large backyard for them to run in. Communication was great with owner and everything was as advertised. Would highly recommend this property.
