Stayed May 5, 2026We held a board meeting for our non-profit organization. We stayed three nights with two full days of meetings. The great room with living room, dining and kitchen was perfect. We projected the business presentations to the Apple TV above the fireplace. Board members relaxed on the couches, armchairs and one or two dining chairs. We were there in early May. The first morning we woke to an inch of snow, then, as typical in that season, it warmed such that on the last evenings it was mild enough to enjoy dinner on the deck with the fire pit going. Some used a lap blanket for the chill. We watched the turkeys that have a home in the neighborhood. It was cozy and memorable. All the rooms were spacious. Everyone slept well. Simon and Tabitha are very responsive and handled a couple of minor requests/questions very promptly. You won't be disappointed if you choose this VRBO.

Stayed Feb 13, 2026Tabitha was extremely responsive and the place was simply phenomenal. Both adults and children had the best time, plenty of space, quick shuttle to the mountain and back, and the outdoor living made us never want to leave. Cannot say enough good things about it.

Stayed Aug 4, 2025This was a great property for our family of 11 during our stay in Park City, Utah in early August 2025. The check in process was easy and the kitchen facilities were outstanding. The beds were comfortable as were the living areas. If we had any minor issues or questions regarding the home or property, the hosts were always very responsive.

House is very well equipped with baby gear, cooking supplies (even has an instant pot!) and basics like coffee, spices, etc. Tabitha was wonderful and extremely understanding and kind when my kiddo broke something in the house. They were wonderful and we would love to stay again’

Stayed Jun 19, 2025This home worked well for our family of 12 which included 5 couples. There was plenty of space, a great kitchen with a nice long table which we used for meals & to play games. The home is in a beautiful setting where we enjoyed seeing wild turkeys, deer & even a moose with a young calf.The owners were very responsive when we needed extra supplies & additional trash removal.We highly recommend this location.

Stayed May 26, 2025Ten of us went for my dad’s 80th birthday and it could not have been a more perfect house!!! The hosts were very attentive and available if needed. They had so much space to relax, a great stocked kitchen and plenty for the kids to do! Highly recommend this place and would stay there again for sure!

Stayed Mar 28, 2025This is our second time staying in this home. It is a beautiful space, beds are comfortable and amenities are great. Location is quiet and so close to Deer Valley Mountain. The kids love the game room downstairs! Great hosts, incredibly accommodating and responsive.

Stayed Mar 23, 2025We had a great stay at this house and we’re already trying to figure out how soon we can return! We had a large group (four families with pre-teen kids) and the house was perfect. The hosts were very communicative and accommodating, but we also had zero issues during our stay that required their attention. We skied Park City and it was very easy to get to, but Deer Valley is accessible too. 10 out of 10. No notes!

Stayed Mar 20, 2025This home was immaculate, had everything you could want (appliances, outdoor living room, hot tip, etc) and was close to Main Street and the ski slopes. The hosts were very responsive and available. We had an amazing time and couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Highly recommend this home for those in large groups or families (very family friendly!).

Stayed Feb 8, 2025We are a family of four adult couples and 7 children ages 1-8 and this house was perfect for us all. We all had our own spaces and the Rest of the house had great gathering rooms. The kitchen was amazing and was stocked with all the basics you could need. The backyard was amazing and the kids had fun sledding down the little hill… highly recommend this house !
