The Space:

This home is designed for relaxation and entertainment, with an open-concept living area that seamlessly transitions to the outdoors. Expansive glass sliders allow natural light to flood the space, creating a bright and airy atmosphere.



* **Living Area:** Unwind in the spacious living room, featuring comfortable seating, a 55 streaming-ready Smart TV, and a cozy gas fireplace perfect for intimate evenings with friends.

* **Kitchen & Dining:** The fully equipped, modern kitchen boasts all-new appliances, including a gas stove, dishwasher, and blender. A full coffee station with an espresso frother and elegant dishware makes it easy to prepare everything from your morning coffee to gourmet meals. The dining table seats 6, with additional seating for 4 at the kitchen counter and 4 at the bar.

* **Bedrooms & Bathrooms:** The Escape Island comfortably sleeps 8 guests in 4 uniquely themed bedrooms, all featuring room-darkening curtains for a restful night's sleep.

* **Master Bedroom:** Features a King bed, an ensuite bathroom with a shower, and a Smart TV.

* **Bedroom 2:** Offers a King bed, a Queen bed, and beautiful mountain views.

* **Bedroom 3:** Includes a Queen bed and mountain views.

* **Bedroom 4:** A unique artist loft located on the roof with 360-degree views. This private space, accessed via external stairs, has been converted into a bedroom with two Full-sized beds.

* **Bedroom 5:**A private detached mini home, complete with two full-size beds, a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living room, and breathtaking mountain views through expansive floor-to-ceiling windows.

Guest Access:

Guests will have private and exclusive access to the entire house, backyard, and all amenities on the property. This includes the pool, spa, mini-golf course, and all living spaces. Parking is available for a maximum of 4 vehicles on the property.

* **City of Palm Springs ID #:** 068724

* **City Requirements:** The City of Palm Springs requires a separate written contract to be signed prior to your arrival. You will also be required to provide a copy of your government-issued ID and the license plate numbers of all vehicles that will be parked at the property.

* **Pool & Spa Heat:** Heating for the pool is optional and available for a fee of $99 per night. Please request this service at least 48 hours prior to your arrival to ensure it's ready for you.

* **Early Check-in / Late Check-out: We are happy to offer flexible arrival and departure times, when possible, for an additional fee of $25 per hour. Please request this service in advance.

* **Pets allowed - Pets: $75/pet (does not apply to service animals)

* **Cancellation Policy:** Please be advised that a 5% service charge will be applied to all refunds to cover non-refundable credit card processing fees.

    We recently stayed here and it was lovely. The property is very accurate in photos. The 4th bedroom upstairs has two queen beds but no bathroom. All bathrooms are in the main house. The family room was very spacious and had more than enough room for our group of 7 to hangout. The location was great as well. My only complaint would be the interaction between myself and the property management company. It did take quite awhile to hear back from them once we were in the house. Other than that it was a wonderful getaway.

    The house and property are beautiful, the pool is amazing and the location is great. I feel like we were the first ones to stay here since the house was finished being remodeled. We had a little snafu at the beginning due to a discrepancy between number of rooms in the listing versus the number of rooms actually available, and the property managers were extremely responsive and sorted us out right away. I could feel their commitment to making our stay as nice as possible.

    Well designed and maintained property with much to do. Mini-golf and swimming kept us plenty busy. Very private with quiet neighborhood. A well stocked 7-11 is 1 1/2 blocks away for a short walk to pickup last minute supplies or to restock the bar. We look forward to returning.
