Designer Luxury Cottage ~ Heated Community Pool ~ Walk to Beach & Town

Perfect! Home has everything!! So comfy, close to everything.

Everything was perfect. The location is walking distance to shops and the beach. The neighborhood is quiet and beautifully relaxing. Plenty of parking just a brief walk away if the tight spaces in front of the house make you nervous. The house was spotless and well maintained. If we have need to go back this house would be our first choice. Our trip was to attend a wedding at a larger venue 5 minutes away.

Immaculate! Well stocked with all necessities (and then some).Plenty of room for couples/families to have their own space and yet chill together (inside or outside). LOVED having different temperature thermostats to accommodate each couple.

The house was beautiful, clean and so spacious for me, my sisters and my cousins. The bedrooms and beds were comfortable which is always my number one priority. It was in a cute, quiet neighborhood. The community pool was a bonus! We walked everywhere. When I needed to communicate with Jeff, he got back to me right away.

We had a really great time and loved the different levels of the house. We had some young kiddos so it was nice to have the basement area with our own little space! The back porch area was super nice, especially at night with the cooler weather!

Great place for a family baca

For 23 years we have been going to the Florida panhandle. This year I finally talked my wife into trying Michigan. My wife and family asked me to contact the owners before the week was out about booking for next year, now. What more can I say? Everything about it was perfect.

This is our annual family reunion visit to new Buffalo. We have been coming to New Buffalo for 11 years with the majority of them being in the lovely cottage on Whidbey Lane. It’s a great spot for family time together. The pool is steps away and the house is large enough to allow for different age group activities. We are already looking forward to next year!

The big blue house was perfect in every way. It was comfortable, bathroom on every floor, television on every floor outdoor eating area, front porch area, and close to everything.

It was awesome experience. It looked just like the pictures. It was like being at home with all the amenities. Everyone loved it just perfect for my family we will definitely come back!! Great memories made.

We had a wonderful time in new buffalo. The house was perfect and in an excellent location. Jeff was easy to communicate with a few simple questions. Parking was easy. The house was clean and so spacious. I personally Cannot wait to come back. This stay was 7 adults and we had plenty of room to sleep and relax.

Had a dad's weekend and really enjoyed this place. It was clean and perfect for what we were doing. The host was responsive and nice. Would definitely stay here again!

We did a winter girls weekend and everything was great. We chose the location due to where everyone lived, it was central. The place was great and even though it was an arctic blast we walked to the marina and around town. The o my negative was that there were barely 2 parking spots for a group of 5 of us, and they were crazy right. Not the homeowners fault but the fault of the association. We would totally come back in summer!

This is a beautiful home in a great location. Very clean and well stocked with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Jeff was very responsive and helpful with suggestions for restaurants and wineries. Since the weather had turned chilly, the fireplace was a welcome feature.Thanks, Jeff! We'll be back for sure!

We loved our stay at your beautiful cottage! It was prefect for relaxing and slowing down. The kitchen was stocked with everything we could need during our stay. We loved being able to walk to nearly everything - shopping, grocery store, restaurants, beach. We went on long walks just around the town every day. The pool was still open after Labor Day and heated. All in all, a great vacation home!

This was our second time staying at this property and it never ceases to impress. The home is immaculate, well appointed, and super comfortable for a group. Great layout and an amazing location. Love the vibe of New Buffalo and the setup at the cottages. One of our favorite things about staying at this property is the little things - like all the hooks for hanging towels, bathing suits, etc. Makes things so easy. We will definitely plan to go back again next summer!

This is the fourth Merchant Street Cottage we have stayed in over four years and while they have all been great, this one stood out for several reasons. Super easy, no fuss, rental process. Super clean when we arrived. No hiccups with anything in the home. Just enough decor to make it very cute and inviting without being overwhelming. Best flow with kitchen island, nook, and family room. It was just perfect for our family of five adults and six kiddos under ten! Highly recommend! Thanks Anthony and Jeff!
