This remodeled 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom property is the epitome of luxury living. This property has 2 other units on it, aside from this unit each with its own private space completely separate from each other to provide privacy and the ultimate relaxing experience. While each unit is completely private with gates it can also be rented as one large compound upon request and can sleep up to 18 people ask us for details concerning events, or gatherings we are open to both.

The only communal area would be the driveway as it provides walking access for the back units. While guests of this listing enjoy use of both the pedestrian gate door and the larger gate for their cars, the back 2 units have access to the Pedestrian gate only and can only park on the street outside the gate.
Getting around is very easy as the property is close to all major roads and freeways such as the 101 and the 405. If needed there is public transportation close by on both Burbank blvd and Van Nuys Blvd and plenty of parking in the enormous driveway plus plenty of street parking.

• The owners normally live on this property and gladly rent it when they are away. During your stay, you will have full access to the property for yourself and your guests. All we ask is that you treat the house with the same respect as you would your own, in accordance with the house rules.
• Check-out time is 11:00 AM. Our cleaning team needs enough time to prepare for the next guests or owners.
• Late check-out must be approved in advance. Unapproved late check-out will incur fees.
• Operating hours are 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM. For emergencies outside these hours, feel free to contact us. Non-urgent concerns will be addressed the following day.
• Jacuzzi use and heating:
 - Jacuzzi use: fees apply
• Jacuzzi/Hot tub rules:
 - No pets in the hot tub.
 - Kids must be supervised at all times.
 - Non-potty-trained children must wear waterproof swim diapers.
 - Report any accidents immediately to avoid further damage.
• Do not remove pool hoses, vacuums, or equipment—this can damage the system.
• Outdoor security cameras are in use for your safety. No indoor cameras. Guests may not move or tamper with cameras.
• No smoking inside the home or in patios. Evidence of smoking will result in a fine.
• No drugs of any kind.
• Drink responsibly.
• Please handle all furniture, décor, and house items with care. Use coasters and provided table protectors—especially on wood furniture.
• This is a quiet residential neighborhood:
 - Quiet hours begin at 8:00 PM.
 - No loud music, amplified sound, or live performances.
• No parties allowed. Violation will result in a fine and/or eviction.
• No unregistered or unannounced guests. Each unauthorized guest is subject to a fee and/or eviction.
• Do not access the guest house or any off-limits areas that are not included in your reservation.
• Filming, photoshoots, or productions must be pre-approved. Unauthorized productions are subject to a fine and/or eviction.
• Pet policy (if applicable):
 - Pets allowed with prior approval.
 - Pet fee: per pet, maximum of 2 pets
 - Please clean up after your pet.
• Maintenance visits occur regularly (e.g., gardener on Mondays, pool technician on Wednesdays). Guests may not deny them access.
• Turn off all lights, close and lock all doors/windows when leaving or checking out.
• We are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or loss of personal belongings during your stay.
• If you leave an item behind, we will try to coordinate its return but cannot guarantee it.
• Violation of house rules will result in a fine per incident. Repeated or serious violations may result in immediate eviction without refund.

    Overall this property served our needs well. It was clean and had a nice open space area. On the down side, there were some maintenance items that need attention but nothing major. There is a fee if you want the hot tub heated and the kitchen was nice but minimal in equipment and spices.

    My best friend, my two small dogs and I stayed at this very lovely home. Very comfortable beds, plenty of towels and beautiful showers. Loved the tiles selected for the baths and fountain. The front and backyard areas were great for the dogs to stretch their legs, but would have appreciated a gate on the southside of the property to keep my pups in the back area. Did not use the hot tub. Really appreciated having a private, off street, gated place to park my vehicle. The location was perfect for what we needed to accomplish while in the LA area and appreciated the ability to communicate with the owner.

    10 STARS ! Loved it here, First off love that there is a gate to enter and we had our own private parking felt super safe and spacious , inside was so clean , beautiful renovations they did to kitchen, bathroom, bedrooms, and had plenty of supplies for me and my kids. Jacuzzi vibes at night under the stars was so peaceful, Absolutely fell in love with this home and would love to stay here again! Thank you !

    8/19 - 8/23 My best friend and I rented this lovely home. Very comfortable beds. Hot tub was great. Nice to have a private, gated place to park vehicles. We traveled all around LA. Saw a ton of things. This location was perfect. We were within a 30 minute or less drive to everything. We would definitely stay here again!

    My wife and I stayed here for two nights when visiting Universal Studios. The location was great. We enjoyed the hot tub and amenities after a long day of walking around the park. The owner was very helpful and responsive!
