Designer gem with private pool, spa, golf course & mountain views

This home provided the perfect weekend getaway for our family of 4. The property is in an excellent southwest location. Well maintained home, situated on a corner lot that backs up to a golf course. The neighborhood is also well maintained and very quiet. Easy location to drive to anywhere in the area. The home is clean, well equipped. The pool is excellent (although heating was not quite as comfortable as we'd like - spa was fine though) The backyard layout is perfect and relaxing. Lots of towels, kitchen items. Mattresses are all on the soft side (we prefer firm) but it was not a deal breaker. Communication with property management was very good. Would definitely stay here again!

We were so happy with our stay at this property! It’s even more beautiful than the pictures! No idea how anyone could give this place a bad review…excellent location, beautiful & private.

Property was better than the photos would suggest. Great neighborhood for walking. Pool was great (once the heat was turned on) and the amenities were as well. A bit disappointed that they don’t have bikes available for use but that was a small negative. Also, the owners didn’t want the A/C set below 74 deg. Something to consider if you like it cooler. We had a great time at this location and would stay here again.

This is a potentially great house that his horribly managed. There is terrific pool with a great shallow end for kids and a nice house with plenty of room for a family. Now, the volume of problems: 1) I was double billed for the stay and while not a big deal, and it was eventually credited, in conjunction with all the problems we had this became one of many. 2) no pool floats, bikes, games or accessories or any sort like at almost any rental, especially at this price point. 3) House was not ready when we arrived despite getting there after the check-in time. Housekeepers were there, not wearing masks or taking covid protocols despite us asking them to do so and having young children. Instead of explaining they were running behind they rushed through leaving the house not fully cleaned and many areas, such as the outdoor furniture and some table surfaces filthy. 4) The alarm went off all through the night our first night making sleeping a non-event. 5) Multiple lights either flickered or did not even have bulbs. 6) An unknown person just walked in to the house on our first full day there, unannounced, no knocking nothing, just came in through the locked garage entrance to the house. Luckily I did not call the police. She said the owner sent her. I said for what and she didn't know. I called Turnkey Vacations and they said she was not authorized to be there and they'd call the owner. 7) There was a hornets nest in the eves of the house the result being hornets flying around everywhere throughout the pool area. I called several times and Turnkey Vacations said they'd send somebody out, they never followed up and on our last day somebody put up a plastic bag bee trap, without the bait to even make it work. They also reported that they removed the hornets nest, that was a total lie as not only was the nest still there, so were the hornets. 8) In addition to the multiple security surveillance cameras at all entrances there was a surveillance camera in the pool/outdoor living and dining area. The city of Palm Springs said this is not allowable and VRBO says on their website says this is not allowable. Turnkey Vacations told me we understand your frustration. 9) An eroding baseboard in the kitchen from water damage with wood debris spilling on to the kitchen floor. After I asked Turnkey offered a very nominal credit but not at all worth the volume of problems, all of which were avoidable if this were properly managed and maintained.

Spent 5 nights with wife and kids…Loved Every Minute of it.

This is more of an airbnb quality listing. There were no soap, shampoo, hand soap. No paper towels, toilet paper was one per bathroom. Paint rollers were left in yard, like they just recently painted for the pics you see. House is old and no thought was given to guests. No board games, no pool toys. Picture of floats not provided. Ac wasn’t on to received us upon check in. It was 102 outside and walked into a hot house. Toilets weren’t working. They didn’t want to come fix it until the next day. Had to persuade them that we needed functioning toilets. They did come fix it after a discussion. But that’s not cool! It should of been functioning before we got there. And when I told them it wasn’t working, they should of came to fix right away and not try to push it to the next day. Bare basic, for $1300 a night. I expected some standards.

What a wonderful property to stay at, it was just me and my husband looking for some relaxation and down time. The house was amazing, so cute, so much style- really up our alley! The backyard and privacy was just wonderful, the pool, jacuzzi- the landscape- just really kudos to whoever put the thought into everything. We loved every moment there, especially the quiet, and closeness to downtown Palm Springs! Just a short drive down the road. Thank you!!!!! We had an incredibly relaxing time and that was our goal!

This house was perfect, especially the back yard. BBQ, pool with spa, lots of seating, and complete privacy. The house has a great mid-century modern style and decor. The location is great, just a 5 minute drive to downtown.

When we arrived, the owner was there to greet us and make sure we knew how to operate the pool, hot tub and awning, etc. The house was spotless, recently updated and in a phenomenal neighborhood.
