Designer Decorated Pool/Jac Home w/Casita

Amazing find for a large group! The house is beautifully decorated and furnished. There is a grocery store, Target, and dining options only minutes away. Our group enjoyed the pool and the calm neighborhood. When we had a maintenance issue, it was easy to communicate with Jeff and had the issue resolved that day. We highly recommend this stay!

This place was amazing great location and all the rooms were big no overcrowding or excessive beds like some places do.

Great property, but with California you have to put up with a lot of nonsense. The biggest pain was the alarm on the backdoor and the casita. If you did not disarm it first, then a loud screeching sound occurred when opening the door. Plus, if you did disarm it first, you still had roughly eight seconds to get outside and close the door before the alarm was triggered. Other than those inconveniences, it was a great rental.

The home was extremely clean, is in good repair, well stocked, and Carolyn promptly answered our questions. This home was ideal for our kids, kids in law, and grandkids. There were 17 of us in all. We loved our stay.Thanks very much,The Howards

Great rental for our family trip. No complaints. It held all 20 of us, no problem. The kids loved the pool.

The property is very conveniently located near everything you may need; Super Wal-Mart, Sam's club, Target, Starbucks, Dunkin, McDonald's...you name it. It also comfortably fit 15 peopl with sleeping space to spare. It is definitely worth the money.

Great location. Fit out pretty well. House functioned as described. One minor annoyance was the alarms on the doors. Sometimes they worked properly, sometimes they did not and often user forgot to press button. Very minor annoyance

Excellent! Has everything you need

Had a great family stay. Lots of space, well appointed. Be ready for the safety doors for pool - we set them off constantly and no way to disarm (even if all adults....). Recommend!

Nice home, very spacious. We were a party of 19 (including the kids) and it fit us perfectly. It was nice to have the casita to have privacy away from the rest of the group. We did run into a few cleanliness issues after checking in, but the hosts were very responsive and offered to send the cleaners the next day to rectify the issues. The backyard/pool area is gorgeous. The only issue I had with the stay and would warn others about: if you are in town for vacation and have plans during the day (Disneyland, Knotts, etc....) probably not the best property to have a full day of activities, then come back and unwind. The hosts have a strict 10pm curfew which makes you feel like prisoners. Each night, we were unable to use the hot tub for more than 30-45 minutes due to this Santa Ana Excessive Noise Ordinance which I believe may be taken too far and out of context. We were not being loud at all and just wanted to enjoy the amenities we paid for but it was short lived as we received a reminder text 12 minutes after 10:00 to ensure we were not in the backyard.

The pool and hot tub was our favorite.

We had a wonderful stay. The management group was very communicative and helpful. Everything in the home was clean and as listed. 2 families stayed with a total of 20 people. It was very comfortable.

We loved our stay at this home. We have a big family and it was very accommodating for our whole group kids loved it so much they preferred to stay home and swim then go out and see the sights.

We are already talking about returning to this property. It was amazing. We have a big family, and we all slept comfortable and completely well stocked with extra supplies.

Lots of room and amenities for the number of guests we had for our stay. Nice neighborhood, close to everything we needed. Pool was heated and the boys enjoyed the hot tub after the games.

We had a great stay and this house was perfect to have most of our team stay together. We were in the area for a sports tournament for players who were at least 40+ so having a house where we could all stay and reconnect as lifelong friends was great for us.

The house was exactly as advertised. The property management staff was accessible and responded quickly when I had questions. Will definitely look to stay here again when I come back.

Our family stayed at this home for a Disney vacation. It was perfect for multiple families and has a great layout. It was very clean and a short drive to Disneyland. The kitchen is modern and the pool was a great addition for a relaxing break from the park. We will definitely recommend to others and we plan to stay again.

House was great, perfect for large groups, plenty of space. We loved the pool and property management was super easy to work with and easy to extend our stay too! 100% recommend!

We rented another VRBO in Santa Ana the same time for our big family. It did not have all of the rules, so was easier.

We had a very enjoyable stay during our family vacation to Disneyland. The location was just great as it was convenient for getting to the Airport, Disney, as well as the other attractions we went to which included San Diego Zoo, the beach at Dana Point. We also took in some baseball games. The listing was very accurate and was great for a family with children as well as a larger sized group. We appreciated all of the toys for the pool and for the children to play with in the kids rooms. We enjoyed the pool and the outdoor amenities they were just great. As others have noted the local ordinance on outside noise was a bit of a hassle. In our case this was an issue in the morning when we were getting ready to leave. The only other comment for improvement would be a towel rack in the hallway bath room. Otherwise we thought everything was just great. We would highly recommend this property for large sized families particularly if they have young children.

Very well maintained no issues

Alarm system in casita - battery was low. The bypass was less than 20 secs. Internet was intermittent all weekend. Casual br had no place to place anything beside sink. Shower in main master bath drains very slowly.There ids of consistent naming of game room/ casita in the home owners guide.

This was the perfect place for our large family. The house was very clean, well organized with ample supplies. The pool and back yard were amazing. The hosts were excellent and check in process was seamless. I would definitely stay here again.

This property was fantastic for myself and 13 other family members staying together. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out and the pool/hot tub outdoor space was perfect. We especially loved the added security of parking in a garage and driveway. Had everything we needed and hosts were responsive before, during, and after our trip. Would definitely stay in this property again!

Súper clean and good place for family vacation

The house was Clean and locate in a nice quiet neighborhood. Convenient for Disney. Universal is about an hour. Feel a bit damp, may be Some fresh sense or fragrance at the 1st day would be more pleasant. The towels and extra blanket for sofa beds are old and wear down a bit. Some more cooking condiments like sugar, coffee, tea, seasonings would be perfect. The host team response promptly with any issues. Overall it is a great house that can sleep upto 20 as listed.

This house was able to meet the accommodation of the group I was with. Each of the areas of the house were clean and necessary supplies were provided (towels, wash clothes, extra toilet paper). It was a relaxful envorinemat. The Casita was perfect for the one couple that was part of our group.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The property is clean, house is roomy and all beds were comfortable. The hosts were responsive and check in / check out was easy to navigate. Our family vacation was so much better being able to stay here, in close proximity to everywhere you want to be in Southern California.
