This cozy 2 bed/1 bath is located in a quiet neighborhood, close to Joshua Tree National Park, local art, farmers markets, and thrift stores. Watch the sunrise, stargaze around the fire pit, relax in the hot tub, play bocce ball, or set a new high score in the game room with vintage arcade games and shuffleboard! All while being a few minutes from everything Joshua Tree has to offer!



The Space:

Upon entering the home, you are greeted to with an open-concept living area, featuring a color palette inspired by the beautiful desert sunrises you’ll see!



The fully stocked kitchen features stainless steel appliances, ready for your favorite meal! The living room features comfortable couches and a Smart TV. The carefully curated bedrooms feature plush beds and closets for your belongings. The garage has been converted to a game room, where you'll find arcade games, shuffleboard, and a comfortable lounge area. In the backyard, you'll enjoy relaxing in the Saluspa hot tub, sitting by the fire pit, playing bocce ball, having dinner al fresco on the patio, and laying in the hammocks and Adirondack chairs looking up at the stars.

The Neighborhood:

Desert Sunrise is located in a quiet neighborhood close to Joshua Tree National Park. There is minimal light pollution allowing for optimal star viewing. Joshua Tree is home to artists, hiking/biking trails, beautiful Joshua Trees, and desert rocks and landscaping, making this a stunning location for your getaway.



Getting Around:

It's best to get around by car. There are numerous cab options. Ubers are few and far between and shouldn't be counted on for your trip.

AMENITIES:

We provide towels, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher soap, shampoo/conditioner, coffee, salt & pepper, cooking spray & trash can liners.



ENTRY:

There is a keypad located at the front door for a simple keyless entry. Entry code will be provided to you 72 hours before arrival. The code is changed after every guest.



PARKING:

There are two private driveways for up to 4 cars to park



THE DRIVE:

Super simple, flat and safe road to get to the house!



INTERNET:

The house has reliable high speed internet throughout the entire space.

You can access your Hulu, Amazon Prime, Netflix, etc. accounts with the Smart TV



OUTDOOR SPACE:

Saluspa hot tub, fire pit, lounge chairs, hammocks, propane BBQ grill, bocce ball & outside dining available for you to enjoy!



BEDROOMS:

There are 2 bedrooms, each with queen beds and the living room has a queen sized floor mattress. Total accommodations can sleep 6 guests.



KITCHEN:

Fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and all the basic kitchen essentials; Pots/Pans/Plates/Cups/Utensils/Spices/Oil



SECURITY:

A security camera is located at the front of the house for your security. There are NO cameras inside the property.
